I noticed there are quite a few negative reviews for this place, but I think itâs important to clarify expectations. Some parents might bring their kids thinking itâs an activity based space for children, but thatâs not really the case. While there is a fairly large ball pit, a chalk wall where kids can draw, and a small area with coloring pages and crayons, itâs not primarily a kid focused venue. Iâm not sure what advertising might give off that impression since I hadnât seen any before visiting. Though I did come here through a friend and didnât have much prior knowledge.
The space itself is beautiful, with plenty of opportunities for taking pictures. If you enjoy posting on social media, this is definitely the spot for you. The circus-themed elements are small but still fun to watch as a break from exploring the light displays. Personally, it took me about an hour and a half to go through the entire space while chatting with friends and taking pictures together. Some areas were a bit dirty, likely due to the high volume of visitors, but it wasnât too noticeable to me, it might bother others.
Iâd recommend visiting on a weekday rather than the weekend. I went on a Friday night, and while it wasnât overly crowded, there were still moments when I had to wait for a room to clear out so I could enjoy it alone. Overall, I loved my experience and would definitely return. I imagine theyâll continue adding more features in the future if the...
Read moreMy comment got deleted on IG so posting here. It's not worth the money.. $90 for us 4 on top of service fees. Just to be there for 30 minutes. We didn't get to enjoy it much.. I don't think this is a family oriented place, avoid the weekend and come on a weekday which would be an ideal time for families to come. It was line after line just to see the lights, a lot of people were taking forever with their stand up sticks taking videos/pictures, going live.. It's not autism friendly, it was over crowded, like ridiculously BAD.. over stimulated. We waited 30-40 in line to enter & top of other line waits just to view the cube/tents & other areas which we didn't get to in because it was PACKED! Some of the stuff were torn off/dinky inside the tent. Definitely better on IG videos than in person. Save your $ & stick to other holiday light events in AZ (Phx zoo, world of...
Read moreThis was a huge disappointment. My 5 year and 6 year old granddaughters were bored. The chalk room had nowhere to write, they did enjoy the fish room. Many of the whimsical characters were in tattered shape. The seats for the trapeze show were in very poor shape. They did enjoy the two shows and getting their face painted. Other than that they were bored. This needed small rides in 3-5 sections, for example a tea cup ride, a mini coaster in the dragon and whimsical living trees, a small train that would ride in around the garden a flowed this could very much be successful vs with some changes. I definitely is not anything we would repeat in its status. Also every 2-3 activity rooms should have an attendant to explain and give challenges for people. The ball pit was just that the pits, no jumping. no throwing just walk through the balls. how...
