Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Arizona

Jimmy John's is just not very good anymore. Today was the third time I was disappointed by the quality of my sandwich from a JimmyJohn's. My family and I were talking about it. We all agree it's just not the same. Well today, we figured out what is different. The lettuce is not shredded as finely as it used to be. This totally changes the texture of the sandwich. I am surprised they have done this. Lettuce comes on every sandwich, and they change how they serve it. What genius came up with that plan? The male workers were great when I went in there, super friendly and helpful. But the younger lady who kept talking about how sore her legs were when I was just trying to eat a sandwich might want to save her topics for when customers arent in there. I also am extremely disappointed that Jimmy Johns doesn't deliver outside a 1 mile radius, we are talking about a cold sandwich, I don't think "freshness" is a concern when we are talking 10 minutes... bad marketing that just isolates customers and honestly since hearing this on tv makes me want to steer away. Not acceptable. 23 minutes from time we walked in until our two subs were ready. The place was PACKED. Sure, plenty of Covid signage but it's meaningless if not managed. Arrived at 11:35 am. Staff was overwhelmed with not only the foot traffic but also online orders coming in and orders that were for delivery. This is why the place was so crowded. They could not get the orders done quickly enough to move people out of the store. And - too many customers not wearing face coverings. The order was completed correctly, so points for that. The fresh-brewed ice tea was weak and blah. Poor management. Have never experienced these conditions at any other Jimmy Johns across...
