I ordered through Uber eats the following at the Subway location on Combs in Queen Creek: 6 " tuna melt with cheddar, onions, jalapenos, and mayo and 6" Outlaw which comes with double pepper jack, green pepper, onions, and baja chipotle. What Subway gave me was a tuna melt with everything I asked for, plus LOTS of extra cheese. The Outlaw had no cheese at all, mayo instead of baja chipotle, no onions, and they added jalapenos. I called the Subway store, and Samantha, who said she's the manager, answered the phone. She was unfriendly before I even started speaking, and when I told her my order was wrong, she immediately told me to call Uber and they would refund me. I told her that I would contact Uber, but she needed to know about it because it was Subway's error, not Uber's, and I eat there regularly. She pulled up my order, and asked me to tell her exactly what I got. I told her all the mistakes, and she very sarcastically said well, I'm sorry for the MINOR error (she emphasized minor very sarcastically), and again told me to call Uber. I told her that it wasn't a minor error, that the sandwiches were completely wrong, and I asked for her name and told her she had a bad attitude. She then said "okay, SHANNON, (again placing sarcastic emphasis on my name this time), 'I'm going to write down your name then and the next time you try to order from us I'm voiding your order". Then she hung up on me. I can honestly say that this might be the rudest, most aggressive employee I think I've ever encountered. I didn't curse at her, raise my voice, nothing.... just wanted to issue a complaint about my order getting so messed up, especially since my husband and I eat there regularly. I'll find a new place where our business is appreciated, but hopefully the franchise owner sees this review, because if this is any indication of how Samantha usually acts, she will run that business...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered 2 sandwiches online. Nothing else. Went to store to pick them up at 8:30 pm. Sign on door says theyāre out of the bread I ordered for both sandwiches. I asked what did they substitute, he said white bread. I asked why he wouldnāt call and ask, and he literally said, oh , Iām not gonna do that, then he lolād. I said really, why not? He said because Iām not. Yep, he said that!!! Lol. So I checked my sandwiches like I always do, because of this reason exactly. Both were on white. Wouldāve preferred their wheat but whatever. But my sandwich was not prepared how I requested. I pointed it out to him and he shrugged his shoulders and said sorry, Iām not going to remake it. Yes! He said that! I asked why not, why canāt he just remake it the way I ordered it. He said why canāt I come in the store and order since Iām so picky instead of being lazy and ordering online. Yes!! He said that too!! He said that I had an attitude and that heād refund my money but he wonāt remake it. I did not have an attitude. I was very kind, maybe a little sickeningly kind, but still kind. I said okay, refund my money and then Iād like to order the same sandwich. He said Iām not making it. Someone else can. So they did. And when they were putting the toppings on I noticed she didnāt add the mozzarella like I orderās and paid for. I asked her why and she said they were out of it. So I wouldāve gone home with a sandwich that was not prepared the way I ordered and there wouldāve been nothing I couldāve done about it because they were already closing up at 8:30. They donāt close til nine. But I have noticed that they will close early if they donāt have any customers within like 30 minutes. Give me a break. You close at 9. Not midnight. It wonāt hurt you to stay opened until nine! Geez. This store really needs to check up on their employees more. This isnāt the first time we have had issues with...
Ā Ā Ā Read more1 year ago I gave a 5 star review, because I started here as my first Subway working.
Today, I came in for a meal for my fiance and I, and was not pleased with experience whatsoever, lowering my rating.
First, out of Genoa salami for a Spicy Italian, I asked the gentlemen to use ham instead. Heaven (one of the employees) stated this wasnt allowed. I've worked at Subway, I get it, but have some common decency and make the substitution since your lack of product is causing an awful experience.
Quickly rushed me through the line though was no one available, the first gentlemen asked if he could end his shift in front of me, like he wasnt happy to work here at all.
Then getting two meals, two drinks, Heaven failed to tell me ahead of time, that they are ALSO out of Dr. Pepper and Powerade.
How hard is it to keep a Subway stocked correctly? There were no notes on the fountains, so any unsuspecting customer would've filled their drinks to the brim with watered down soda.
This place used to be poppin' and golden. My how the mighty have fallen.
I would love to manage the place and turn these lackluster children around and actually bring some real customer service here.
We used to have lines out the door here and provided fantastic service. Now they cant provide service to one single person at the cost of a couple extra...
