This place is just one big joke. Do NOT waste your time or money here. I have learned to not expect much from most McDonald's establishments, but when they get several things wrong at one time, it's just unacceptable. First, I ordered an apple juice with my kids meal. They gave me a large coke. Second, I ordered a two cheeseburger meal. They gave me a double cheeseburger meal. Third, the double cheeseburger, had NO cheese on it. Finally, I ordered a big mac with no onions. Well sure enough, covered in onions. Well, I guess if they are going to completely screw up the order, they might as well give it full effort. Update (11/20/2018): I completed a survey and asked someone from McDonald's to contact me in regards to the terrible experience at this establishment. Well, weeks later, and still nobody has contacted me. This shows it isn't just this restaurant, but the entire company. Update (12/01/2018): Well, tried it again. You would think I would have learned my lesson and avoided this place. I figured since they just remodeled it, maybe this would be different. NOPE! Still absolutely GARBAGE! This time we ate inside instead of going through the drive-through. Well, this place is disgusting. Crud everywhere. Then they forgot some of our order. At least they are consistent. Update (04/02/2019) Well, again, this place is still absolutely a waste of time. Go somewhere else. Service is terrible

I wouldve gone for 0 but I wouldn't be able to share a specific point, or observation. I'm not necessarily upset but rather exhausted.... your entire 3 shifts sense of urgency lacks to the point you can't even get a simple cup out to customer, ridiculous some might say, yet it's the principle I stress, there's so many reviews that don't say the same point but convey the exact same results, but even better, it's a homeless man who's already socially exhausted due to this incompetence I observe everyday, your job is so easy, so simple, that your general runtime in all fast food should be under 3 minutes..... this business is run by people who really didn't have to make an effort or fit a certain description, so you hardly need to know Jack in order to give out a cup..... their is absolutely no reason for 3 people to be on lobby and all 3 of them miss an entire order..... if this is franchise owned, then it would make so much sense as to why this store runs the way it does. If it's corporate owned however.... then I'd drop this location out of the sky without a thought the first chance I get. Have a good day, hopefully everyone grows to understand to not waste your time on this place, you won't get it back.... and "people only try to get better when they hurt"

My recent visit to McDonald's left me quite disappointed with the overall experience. I had decided to order through the app for convenience and placed an order for two Big Macs and a Quarter Pounder meal. Unfortunately, the entire encounter was far from satisfactory.

To begin with, the wait time was unexpectedly long. I had to wait for a whopping 20 minutes before being attended to, which is quite disappointing, especially when ordering through the app is supposed to save time. When it was finally my turn, the staff informed me that they were out of the Quarter Pounder, which was one of the main items I had ordered. It would have been much more appreciated if the app had indicated this before I placed my order, saving me the time and frustration.

As for the two Big Macs, they lacked the Big Mac sauce that makes the burger so iconic and flavorful. It felt like a major oversight and really took away from the enjoyment of the meal. A Big Mac just isn't the same without its signature sauce.

The lack of communication and attention to detail were evident throughout my entire visit. It's disappointing to see that the staff did not adequately manage their inventory, resulting in a missing menu item. Moreover, the absence of the sauce in the Big Macs makes me question the quality control in the kitchen.

I understand that no establishment is perfect, and mistakes can happen, but it's crucial for a fast-food chain with a global reputation to uphold their standards consistently. A more proactive approach, like updating the app's menu in real-time or training the staff to communicate such issues, could have prevented this unfortunate situation.

My experience at McDonald's was far from satisfying. The extended wait time, unavailability of the Quarter Pounder, and the missing Big Mac sauce all contributed to my disappointment. I hope the management takes my feedback constructively and works towards improving their service to provide a better customer experience in the future. As for now, I'm hesitant to revisit the restaurant...

We usually have great experiences at this location with the employees but today at 9:30 there was an older man working at the front cashier. I thought it was great that there was someone there because normally they don’t have someone there anymore with the new technology. We always request for fresh baked cookies from McDonalds because they are AMAZING when right out of the oven. Employees are always happy to do it for us, there’s only been 2 times where they said they would do it but then don’t, or they would claim that they are fresh but they just reheat the cookies(you can tell the difference). This older gentleman gave my husband sass when he asked and was claiming that we were asking them to bake a whole new batch for 3 cookies. He went to the back and was still acting sassy when asking his coworkers to do so. They were super chill about it and said they would do it no problem. While we were waiting, I saw this gentleman eating a breakfast sandwich behind the cash register. Then sneezed in his hands. Then after that another employee brought out the cookies to put in the display, he then touched all the cookies with his bare hands that he just sneezed into to readjust the cookies and put some into a baggy then called us over to come get. We should have returned the cookies and asked for our money back after seeing him touch the cookies after sneezing into his hands but we did not want to deal with him any more and just threw away the cookies. None of the other employees were wearing gloves but I don’t know if they are...

I was in there last night with my two daughters, we typically I try to avoid this McDonald’s because we know how it’s ran, but we were desperate, and hungry. I cannot even explain how unbelievably chaotic and unprofessional my experience was. not to mention how truly messy and disgusting the entire restaurant was in fact the three customers that came in after all mentioned this as well. It looks like it hadn’t been clean in days which I know is impossible but that’s how messy and gross it truly was. I know it’s McDonald’s I’m not looking for Anything amazing but I do expect cleanliness professionalism and employees who are being paid to do a job to do just that. Not to stand around doing nothing, yelling “F” you when being told to clock in, allowing their friends in street clothes to walk behind the counter and go grab a few medium french fries nor do I expect to be interrupted while placing my order by another coworker asking for “5 large cups so I can get my friends hooked up” Maybe there wasn’t a manager on duty Maybe there was and they could care less However I care greatly when I spend 30 bucks for food my entire order incorrect Not because they were short staffed and running around like crazy to give great customer service and ensure food was properly being bagged but because they had a full house of employees and not one of them were doing what they are being paid to do.
