What a horrible experience I just had on New Year's Eve. My wife ordered using there mobile app from home and I went by to pick it up. My wife called and spoke with a lady and assured her they would make it. I sat there for 15 minutes and when my food didn't show up at stall 3 my wife called them and they again assured her they were working on it. Finally a young girl named Briley Williams ran up to my window handed me happy meals with lids open said my ordered was forgot about. I asked her if it was cold and she acted like I was an inconvenience. I asked where my drinks were and she said I could go to window 1 to get them. I had to go in the store and the same girl was trying to push through door because she was cold. She circled around corner and told me the cups where right there. At that point I was introduced to a horrible managed named Britney who acted like I was nobody and made the comment that she doesn't offer mobile ordering on her shift. She apparently thinks she owns McDonald's. She wouldn't help told me it wasn't her shift I never new customers were treated based on the shift. I gathered names while I was there and the young girl that packed my food assured me she just packed it. When I got home I soon discovered that my kids where missing apple juices from their happy meals. I was also shorted a McChicken. At that point I was about to lose it and when I called back it took 6 tries to get someone to answer. A girl named Holly answered and she was the nicest person I spoke to in this entire mess. I asked for Britney again who at this point was not happy that I called. She made lots of excuses and tried to back track on not allowing mobile orders but eventually said she doesn't know how it works. She said this was dumped on her by her boss from the shift before. I can come back and get the food I was missing or they can give my money back. That's all she would do. I was not willing to give 5 miles back into town. I will be calling back to her boss in the morning and contacting corporate. Hopefully the Lane family who own this McDonald's reads this and deal with their employees before they run this brand new store...
Read morePeople in the drive thru do not sound chipper what's so ever, especially the order-taker. All you hear are dull character voices like Eore from Winnie the Pooh.
Plus you can not understand a single unhappy word that is coming out of their mouths!
Then you get to the pay window,
( lol kids! I mean we have all been there, am I right? )
And either you see them either dancing around listening to music, or on the cell phone or the watch phone, texting or taking selfies, or watching and showing fellow employees videos and pictures, Talking with the other employees not paying attention that you are even there, or that you been there idk roughly 3 to 4 Min and when one of them finally comes to the window to take your money, they are still engulfed in whatever it was that was more important than the job they were hired to do that it still takes them to finish doing what they were doing when I ( the customer ) interrupted them.
Ordered a ice cream cone, got to the first window, paid, went to the second window and they told me they could not give me a cone, but would put in a cup but there was a sleeve of cones right beside the machine plus a couple on top! I said no got a refund and left.
Have since been back and got my vanilla ice cream cone, however service was just as bland non personal as...

I popped into the drive through for a quick snack. This is on Saturday, 9/14/2019 at approximately 10:30 PM. I placed my order and everything seemed fine. Then the wait began. After about 20 minutes I had finally advanced to the "pay" window. I was still jovial when I asked about the wait time. I was told that there was only one cook and this is the reason for the delay. My mood soured at the employee's tone and attitude. She was clearly overwhelmed and chose to be rude to the customer instead of keeping her cool and handling the situation per her training. This turns out to be the on-duty manager. I wanted to let her have it and run her up the flag pole but I just kept my mouth shut and saved it for this review. Anyway, after another 7 minutes, I finally got to the pick up window and obtained my food. (If you are doing the math, that is around 22 minutes total) .. 22 minutes. . For a couple McChickens. I'll be calling the highest level manager I can reach tomorrow. 22 minutes and a nice little rude attitude. . Almost as if it was us.. The customers. . Who were at fault for ruining her work day. There was no apologies for the delay.. none of the niceties one would expect from the manager in a...
