Taco Tico — Restaurant in Arkansas City

I promise when I say this is probably THE WORST establishment I’ve ever been in and I WILL NOT be coming back. Came here to visit family and the staff were all unreasonably rude to customers. In drive I heard at least 2 employees bad mouthing and cussing about a customer with special needs. The general manager was also going along with them and proceeded to slam the drive window on the customer after rudely handing them their food. I’d also like to mention the BLACK MOLD that I heard employees and even customers commenting on, as well as the visible BLACK MOLD where customers make their drinks. Read a post on the ark city ask and answered page that the BLACK MOLD is also in the ice machine and staff has refused to take care of the issue.

The general manager and the staff PERIOD need to go and be replaced. My experience was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered in a fast food restaurant.

The bottom line on this place the price is right and the food is good . You can see from the pictures it’s a bit dated could use a fresh remake remodel but with that being said it’s worth a stop.

The super deluxe burrito was good and I’m also a fan of their nachos . I think the thing that I really like is that they have the salsa bar so that you can get as much as you want and different kinds. Lotta places you got a little packets and that gets kind of old after a couple..

No Atmosphere, we were in the drive-through. I LOVE Taco Tico. My family grew up on taco burgers, soft tacos, and tostadas, which makes me hungry just thinking about them. If you get a chance, stop by this Taco Tico...(Ark City) Everything was so fresh...they tasted like I remembered and they looked like the picture. I wish I had taken a picture.
