Came in after lunch on Monday (around 2:00 PM), place was practically empty. We were seated immediately, and a staff member greeted us warmly. The menu was clear and simple, but there were a few "sold-outs" marked on the menus with items that I actually really wanted to try—depressing. Once we were seated, the waiter explained the buttons, which is not what I am use to, but actually—being able to call your server when you actually need something is pretty efficient when you actually think about it. Let's talk about the food. Spicy Galbi Wings; Get them—period. Hit with a ridiculous crunch that is drenched in this messy, sweet-salty-spicy glaze that makes you lick your fingers clean. The spice level could be amped up a bit, but it only showed 2 flames, so I get it, but even still the flavor was still strong. Also tried the Fried Dumplings (chicken filling), not bad, sauce could use work—pretty sure it was just soy sauce. Wait for food. We were by ourselves in the restaurant and it took about 30 minutes to get our food, I can understand how it could take much longer if there are large groups or if the place is busy. I saw a bunch of reviews about how long it took for people to get food, and I am not trying to take away their experience, but I think a lot of those reviews would be better if they knew how long Korean Fried chicken actually takes to make—average of 20-30 minutes from start to finish because of a double frying process. Now, could the waitstaff have said something about it taking longer because of this, yes absolutely, but I wasn't here for speed, I was here for flavor. Our 30 minute food wait was right on the mark for what I expected. Atmosphere-wise, it's fun and modern: K-Pop music videos on loop, cute hand-drawn chicken characters on the walls, and a clean, cozy space. Will I go back? Absolutely. Would I recommend the Spicy Galbi Wings? Without hesitations. What I am interested to try next? The Hot Mala Wings.

My family is normally a Wing stop family. We go there, it’s decent, no complaints. Well a friend told me to try this place and wow it was delicious. I had the corn salad which was a tasty and reasonably sized. The sides of ranch/honey mustard/whatever are big as well. But the chicken is far better than its rival. I tried the secret spicy chicken, the golden olive and galbi. The Galbi tasted like pork/beef bbq and is great, the golden olive which is just normal fried chicken is Better than a rivals 13 herbs and spices and the secret spicy is tender and juicy with just a hint of spice. It’s not too spicy at all. I got a medium chicken and I am stuffed. It’s very filling and the pieces are big. Overall no complaints, the food is delicious and the portions are big. I’m a big eater and I had 1 medium to my self and the corn salad and I am done eating. It is great and I highly recommend it. The service was good for the to go order, literally no complaints when it comes to staff and the quality of the food, that said..... THE ONLY REASON I’m giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is price. It is pricey for the food it is compared to their rivals. For everything listed it cost 49$ which while delicious at a rival restaurant you could get it cheaper but with lesser quality. They have a great lunch special too if you’re broke and want to try this place or a 13$ medium will fill u up. Pricy but good

I've been here twice in the last two months with different people. Although the staff is extremely nice in both instances they were less attentive at the end. It was a little disappointing seeming as if now that they've got the sale, food was delivered they didn't need to check in or they seem reliant on the call button. Which I know that's the purpose of it but they had stopped to see if everything was okay once or twice early on. Food each time was delicious, crispy, & hot! The portions, even the smallest, is enough for at least two people. Cheesling is a fave with that sweet powder, keep in mind it's messy but I don't mind. Make sure you get pickled radish, it's a must. I forgot what flavor my friends got but I did enjoy whatefee I tried, tossed in the right amount of sauce! The rice cakes are also a good choice, both flavors. I didn't try the sweet potato fries but my friend enjoyed them. Bone in & boneless chicken options, always a plus! Cool decor, TVs to keep you entertained. Our table was a bit sticky when we arrived one time, we had been sitting down for awhile before we noticed as I went to move my wallet when the food arrived & we just asked for more napkins to wipe it off overselves. These are the only times I've been here this year, while I will come back it's not on my regular list of places that I'd suggest. I'd most likely go if ssomeone else suggested it.

A Flavorful Feast at BB.Q Chicken!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had the pleasure of dining at BB.Q Chicken, and I can confidently say it was one of the best culinary experiences I've had in a long time! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from the staff, who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, setting the perfect stage for what turned out to be an unforgettable meal.

Now, let's talk about the food! I ordered the signature fried chicken, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and tender on the inside. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the variety of sauces to choose from made the experience even more exciting. I opted for the sweet and spicy sauce, which complemented the chicken beautifully and left my taste buds dancing with delight.

In addition to the chicken, I couldn't resist trying the sides. The seasoned fries were crispy and addictive, and the pickled radish offered a refreshing contrast to the richness of the chicken. Every dish was presented beautifully, showcasing the care and attention to detail that goes into their food.

What truly set BB.Q Chicken apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, offering recommendations that enhanced my dining experience. They checked in regularly to ensure everything was to my liking, and their genuine enthusiasm for the food was evident.

Overall, my experience at BB.Q Chicken exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of delicious food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere made for a perfect dining outing. I can't wait to return and try more from their enticing menu. If you're looking for a place to indulge in mouthwatering chicken and experience top-notch service, look no further than...

Food is really good but server really bad. Today I’m extremely frustrated with my experience here. I known about this chicken place through my friends’ recommendations bc the food is good, and since it was my first time, I wasn’t sure whether I should order at the counter or at the table. When I walked in, there were only two male employees working on something else, they saw us but dont even saying welcome or anything, rude, and I wasn’t greeted at all. Unsure of where to order, I went up to the counter and placed my order at the machine. There was a guy there and he dont even asked me anything. I thought I was ordering for dine-in on that machine until I realized the receipt said takeout. I sat down at a table and rang the bell to call the waiter. And when he came, I apologized about my mistake and i said IM SO SORRY and asked if I could change my order from TAKE OUT TO DINE-IN, so all i wanna say that's i want eat there, no need to grab it and put in plastic. The staff member simply replied, ‘Ok, ok, got it' so QUICK and walked away, i didnt make sure if he understands what i mean but he walked so fast. From the time I ordered to when I called them back to correct the order, it took about 6 minutes, so I’m sure they hadn’t even started packing my food yet. I waited at the restaurant for about 20 minutes before the staff member brought my order out and placed it on the table in a plastic bag and DID NOT SAY ANYTHING, just put it there, even though I had asked if I could switch to dine-in. Since we sat down, no one came to check on us, they still check on my next table 🙂, even though they knew we had asked to change our order from takeout to dine-in when they brought out the plates and utensils. I’m truly disappointed with the poor service, and I will never return to this...
