The food is OK but I do have an issue that I tried to resolve but they wouldn't budge, for that, I won't be back. I went for a pick up order and gave the hostess my card, she gave it back said it was declined, she tried again, and before I could get the card back she said "lemme try this one". So she went to the swipe the card on another machine after inserting it into the touch screen, then it was approved. Next day I noticed two charges, same day same amount same restaurant, one was swiped the other inserted. So I went in very nicely and showed my receipt and my bank charges on my phone app and asked that instead of a refund just gimme the same order again and call it even. Fair enough right? A different hostess and I guess the manager at the time argued and argued that it was pending on my account but it clearly showed as not pending and so refused me, never asked me to come back after a couple days, nothing. Just said "we only show one order, sorry. The ticket was $12. We have been there several times, but not ever again. They chose to squabble and deny for a $12 ticket that probably cost them maybe $4. Read moreThe pho here is absolutely amazing. I’ve been going to this location for around four years. It’s always the same people working there. It’s a family owned business… You can always tell when the next generation is coming up in this place.
But I wanted to detail a specific event because my daughter actually left her purse here about a month ago… Now my daughter is five so I didn’t have much in it and to be honest I did not go back and get it. A whole month later I came back to this place and about five minutes in from eating they brought out my daughter’s purse. I immediately realize that not only do they know exactly who we are and cherish our business, they thought and knew these people will be back and I wanted to save this for them.
They did not have to do that they could’ve thrown it in the trash and continued on their way, and this right here is the exact reason I continue to go to places that I absolutely love because over and over they have showed you that...
Read moreMet a business partner for a business meeting and the staff wasn’t very welcoming. We weren’t offered a refill the whole two hours we were meeting. When the servers came to the table they never gave us time to ask for anything.
We were paying and asked about getting boba tea. The server rolled her eyes and said they didn’t have any.
I proceeded to ask if that was just for that day or if they weren’t serving it and she cut me off and said “Yea today” then turned her back on us while my business partner signed the check.
I would hope it wasn’t a race thing but the service we received, or lack there of, left us wondering.
My business partner even made a comment when we left “I think they thought we were an interracial couple and didn’t like it.”
Hope this gets addressed and resolved. The word of mouth marketing after that experience would be bad for your business.
