Terrible customer service by the Manager the employee literally admitted to placing the wrong order and having my daughter wait out there for 45 minutes for her food because they forgot to give her two chicken sandwiches and a order of fries. instead of placing a combo order of chicken strips he did a family size meal that cost a lot more And charge her for another drink. We ended up getting actual chicken leg and thighs and breast instead of chicken tenders. When I got home and my daughter got home, we realize the food was wrong. The drinks were melted all water down . She was sitting there for almost 40 minutes waiting on her food my youngest daughter had two pieces of that chicken . I went up there, returned the food that was messed up, which was the family size chicken that we didn’t even order. The lady got upset and started telling me that it was my daughter‘s fault for not checking the Food, even though he Took the order at the drive-throughand he admitted to placing the wrong food order .she said it was my daughter’s fault for not checking the receipt, but we checked everything we got home and took it back after trying to call the store like 5 times and no one answered . She placed the order about 8:20 PM. She didn’t get home until about 9:21 PM. The place is about 10 minutes away from us and I didn’t go up there till about 10 PM and I didn’t literally get home till about 10:45 PM she literally argue with me and didn’t wanna give me a refund and to finally she only gave me $25 back and she said that was all she could do that. I had to go up there and speak to the regional manager or the next day. On top of that, the guy that took my Daughter‘s order the manager was telling him it was your fault. I told you not to help her. How are you not gonna help someone in the drive-through in their place in an order he started placing his hands on her shoulder, acting a little too affectionate. She was sounding like she was jealous of my daughter. Everything was just so unprofessional, and the employee was pretty young, and the lady was older, which was a manager, and it seemed like they were having some type of relationship and I think that was very unappropriate. My daughter’s sandwich that she received tasted disgusting like some type of chemical taste. My husband and I tasted it and spit it out . She stated that she made all the food and nothing was wrong. We only received 6 piece when it was supposed to be an eight piece tenders and which we didn’t get the tenders. She stated she knows she gave us a 8 piece . I said the same way you forgot to give my daughter two chicken sandwiches and a fries when you took out her order. I have the phone calls and the text messages and the receipt and she literally waited for 45 minutes for her food. She waited like 20 minutes to get her food originally and like another 25 minutes just to get the chicken sandwiches they forgot after they gave her her food. Out of a $61 order she gave me $25 back that is it and we ate 2 sandwiches and a fries and the wings out of all that which only came out to $21 , she says they have cameras and I hope they do so they can see how the guy and the manager were being very unappropriate with each other while I was there . It was very unprofessional for an employee to be put in his hands on his Manager rubbing her shoulders and her being upset at him for helping my daughter at the drive-through .It seemed more like a jealous thing now it makes me think that she put something in her food . because the manager was upset and that’s very unprofessional. I will be contacting corporate. Fyi wasn’t the only that came in at that time...
Read moreweird experience here….. app wasn’t working needed help from employee from drive through to place order …he placed it at the window and when I got my food they forgot 3 items from my order….humans make mistake so I went back inside and just showed them receipt and food that they didn’t give me all of my food……went back to my car waiting for the food and they later brought it…..mind you when I left I had been there for 45 minutes already just waiting on the food…..i got home and took my meal out the bag and left the rest of the food for my family and when eating I realized a chemical taste on my sandwich and than my mom came in my room saying they gave us legs and thighs when we ordered chicken tenders and the drinks were all watered down…I had everyone in my family taste a bite of my sandwich and they all said the same thing of the chemical taste and my mom went up to the restaurant to take the food back that they got wrong and my sandwich for tasting bad…..when my mom spoke with them they basically said it was my fault for not checking the food was correct and we should have brought it back up there right away……….mind you my mom called 6 times before that and no one answered……why should I have to check to make sure the food that your responsible for preparing and making sure everything is in the bag before you send it out….. and the crazy part is the gentleman that helped me had admitted that i asked for the tender meal and he accidentally pressed the wrong button and that it was his fault he knew that i wanted tenders……AND THE MANAGER STILL SAID IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT CHECKING….. ……she also told the other employee “see I told you shouldn’t have helped her” referring to him helping me with the app and than placing a order in the drive through window…..so are they not supposed to help customers??? My mom was also disturbed how the young boy employee was being touchy with the lady manager who was arguing with my mom as if they were together and he was trying to “calm” her down and made my mom think that the lady did purposely do something to my sandwich because she did say out her mouth that when I went back in the second time saying I was missing food that she was the one who made it….so now I’m thinking she put something in my food out of jealousy or something whatever weird thing they got going on it’s just frustrating cause time was wasted and money was wasted as they only offered a $25 dollar refund for a $60 order that was disgusting and cold and watered down drinks and possibly...
Read moreArrived at 5:40pm to do a counter order was ignored for 5 or 6 minutes. The person who took my order was a young man in management attire. The receipt said Josefa but not sure if that was his name. He seemed a little irritated before even taking my order. Once my order was taken, it took 25 minutes to get my order. About 15 minutes later, he threw an order on the counter and called #67. No one at the counter had that number. The customer that was behind me asked about her order which was #46. Another manager took the ticket and asked the same young man that took my order where was #46. He rudely said that he had already called that number. I was standing there and witnessed him throw the order on the counter, yelling 67 instead of 46. One of the other managers straightened the order order out and apologized to the customer for the wait. A few minutes later, the same young man the that took my order threw another order on the counter and walked away without calling the order number. He walked to the back, grabbed his cup and takes a seat in the dining area. I politely asked the other manager if this was #48 and she asked him where was 48 and he yelled that he already called which was a lie because I was standing right there where he threw the bag on the counter. This young man doesn’t deserve to be a leader. His customer service is bad, his attitude is bad and he doesn’t hold any people skills. I’ll never order from this location ever again. I understand it was it was a little busy but if he can’t handle it, he needs to find another job because all the customers at the counter witnessed him being rude. I’m not really tripping about how long it took to get my order because the restaurant isn’t really fast food. His way of presenting the orders where down right rude.
