Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Arlington

I was hesitant to write this review until I got home and it seems like my drinks were messed with!

Today as we were in the drive through and I don't know if the girl was messing with us but we repeated our order like 3 times. I paid fine but at the window as the girl gave me my food I asked for braums sauce, she said okay walked away and didn't come back. We sat at the windown for a while waving at the workers,every single one kept walking by ignoring us.The girl kept looking at us from the corner of her eye complete ignoring us. I started saying hello and finally honked when a worked was by the window,you can clearly tell where he was completely trying to ignore us as well. I told I didn't get my braums sauce and only gives me 2! I asked if I could please have 4 since I have 4 orders he said no I can only give you 2. I said I'd pay if I needed to for the extra 2! He turned around gave me 1 more and shut the door and walked away!!! I get home to find out they gave me my order wrongly! And my drinks taste horrible like if some was added to it! Sadly we tossed it all out , I couldn't trust whatever 1:00pm shift...

Braum's has been a place that my entire family enjoy going until our last few visits. It never fails especially the drive through. We never complain but enough is enough. What happens today was another order that is incomplete. What I don't understand why repeat the order and confirm the order if you still going to send out the order incomplete. I arrive at home ready to eat and my order is incomplete so for the1st time I decided to call the store but no answer. So I drove back to braum's while my family waits for me to return. There are 5 cars ahead of me when arrived at braum's so I have to wait for my turn again. Once I arrive at the window I explained my situation and the Manger name Jasmine tells me she is the one that took the order and put it together. Then she tells me where is the food so she can refund me. Well 1st of all I didn't ask for a refund I just needed the items that were missing. Instead she hurt my feelings and stated she is not about to give me anything for free and said sorry. Well when I get home I'm just going to return my food since now I will not be able...

I went to Braums off Randol Mill for dinner on 2/23/21 around 10pm. The lady taking my order was a little rude, very rushy, and you could tell she definitely didn't Wana be there. Then as I get to the window to get my order, another lady told me she was only able to make 1 and a half of the large sweet teas, and then asked (kinda rudely) what else I wanted. I asked if I could get a shake instead because my girlfriend and I can't drink sodas. She said she had to ask if it'd be an upcharge, then came back and said she couldn't give me a large shake but could do medium which is completely understandable. As I was still waiting on my food I look through the window and all but 2 were just standing around yelling and laughing. When I got home I tried the tea and it was disgusting. Tasted days old and wasn't even sweet. On top of that my order was cold and wrong. My girlfriend got all the condiments she didn't want and didn't get the ones she actually wanted and what was ordered. 10/10 would not recommend...
