My friends and I decided to come here after running a 5k thinking that this would be a good meal before we all drove the 2hr trek home. We were here a little over 2 hours. The hostess took our drink order (2 of which were alcoholic but the rest was tea and water) and we got that fairly quickly and the waitress brought the drinks out. At that time she took our food order and went to put that in. We did not see our waitress again for close to 40 minutes. No refills, no explanation on what was taking so long. She wasn't even in the section at all. And the section we were did not have a lot of tables in it. Our alcoholic beverages and appetizer were brought out by 2 different people and when a lady at our table asked about going ahead getting another appetizer she was told she would have to wait for our waitress because they all have different cards. Now I get that. I do. But the next time we seen our waitress she was coming with our salads. She realized then that she needed to refill our water and tea glasses which have been sitting there empty now for about 20 minutes. As she turned around our entrees were coming out brought by different people again. We were missing things on our plates so she went to get those and refill our drinks. In the mean time, we start eating because we are hungry after running the 5k only to realize that 3 out of 9 entrees have been under cooked. It took another 20 minutes for her to come back to our table and when she did, she didn't ask about the food or offer to clear off the empty glasses. At this time we asked for a manager and gave our complaints. He said that he will talk to her and adjust our tickets for the under cooked food which he did but it took 30 minutes just to get a to go box and our tickets so we could leave. I understand that this is a big box restaurant, but please train your staff. From the wait staff to the kitchen staff this particular location is indeed lacking in the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I made plans to have dinner here on a weeknight December 8, 2021. I had a fond memory of their cocktail āthe painkillerā and wanted to go enjoy one along with dinner. We were seated in the bar area 6:30 PM. My first note would be that the floor was very dirty and the temperature very cold, cold air blowing down on us, everyone in this area was wearing sweaters and jackets. Our server I believe his name was deQuevian or similar- (apologize spelling) was courteous and attempted to be prompt although he did leave our drinks sitting at the bar for an extended period of time and we had to use the video game looking iPad apparatus on our table to call him over and ask him to bring the drinks over. Our cocktails had a thick coating of syrupy mess all over the outside of the glass dripping all the way down the schooner glass so thick that we had to wrap a napkin around it to be able to pick it up and drink it in order to avoid having this sticky substance all over our hands it was so thick. This is what they used to dip the glass in and coat the rim of the glass with toasted coconut. Iāve had so many of these cocktails over the years Iāve never had this dripping down the glass I believe it was just a messy bartender not paying attention to detail. Cheese curds were tasty, Buffalo chicken tenders are good but a little spicier than most. I will pass on the broccoli rice casserole next time as it was not warm and really not very good. You can tell that this restaurant is struggling with staffing. A few employees kept coming into the bar to watch a basketball game so Iām certain there were customers being ignored while that was happening. We stopped at the restroom on the way out to wash the syrup off of our hands and the ladies room was in very poor shape, I could wash my hands but could never have actually use the restroom here. We...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a great lunch with Que today. I ordered the chicken strips with ribs, mashed potatoes, and broccoli, while Que opted for steak and mashed potatoes. The customer service was exceptional, and our food arrived hot and steaming.
As we were enjoying our meal, Que mentioned that he had seen my picture on his Facebook page, which had garnered 685 likes and 40 hearts. He said, āYou looked beautiful in your birthday dress. I have the right to post you on my page, and I do not have to answer to anyone about who I post, and so does Scott. š I post everyone on my page. I donāt care about who gets mad. Iām no longer married, and half of them likes and heart on my post⦠Theyāre my detective friends, fraternity brothers, and male cousins. And my womenās know itās nothing serious on my end. They know the game they need to play and conduct themselves accordingly or I will show them the way like I did on my social media account. You know I donāt want anything sloppy, ghetto, hood, shabby wigs, financial irresponsible, bunch of kids/teenagers, too many tattoos heāll naw, and pretenders. I will flare my nose up at them and would not give them the time of day. I do not want them type of women. I also divorce mines for being sloppy, lazy, needy, and ghetto. I couldnāt help but burst out laughing at his antics.
As we were discussing the delicious food, Queās detective friends unexpectedly came over and greeted us. While I was waiting for more mashed potatoes, Que and his friends inquired about the man who had hurt me. They wanted to know the exclusive story about my past relationship, as I had mentioned that I wasnāt interested in dating anymore. They asked me what he had done, and I couldnāt help but chuckle. The waitress also expressed her curiosity and offered a generous tip, making it an unforgettable...
