Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Arlington

So today I walked in with my family to eat , there was no table available so I asked the lady putting Ice in the ice machine if she could have someone clean off a table so we could have a set. She said oh there someone out there cleaning the tables and I said no there not it been here for like 3 mins and I looked around . Then she went to the back to get someone and no one ever came out . Then I walked to the manager mike and asked him if someone could clean the tables and h said there someone out there I said I been waiting for like 8 mins and there no one out here . He looked at me and ignore me and continue to make pizzas so I went and started cleaning our tables off . When I finally got the tables cleaned off , we went to get our food and there was no bowls for the pasta and no pasta for like 5mins and no pizza to eat . The place was dirty and nasty . We asked for our refunds and the manager mike said cool and didn’t even say I’m sorry or anything . Then the lady mention it’s his last day here like that’s why he didn’t care . This place was HORRIBLE, I was craving pizza and was very hungry and went with a friend on our lunch break so we did not have to much time to spend so as we walk in we were NOT greeted friendly and was the manager of this place, second when i got in line to get pizza there was HARDLY any pizza to choose from so with my luck the pizza i wanted was not there which was a common pizza so i asked for the pizza and they said it would be done in 10 minutes and so i grabbed a salad and 1 slice of pizza and waited for mine to come out, WELL 12 minutes passed and NO pizza yet so since i was hungry i went to see what other choices there was and was forced to eat one i did not really like just because i was hungry WELL after so many minutes the pizza i wanted came out and of course it was burnt but i took it because i was HUNGRY. The staff there had no knowledge of what they were doing or what to do and there was no customer service. My friend keep apologizing because i spend money i food i did not like and was burnt. Myself, another adult & child went for dinner the other evening & had the worse service ever! 1) the place smelled 2) not really clean & 3) no selection to name a few. We decided to each place our own individual customized pizza order & the place really wasn’t busy. I saw 5 other families & one family was really rude, cutting in front yelling at the employees wanting the 2 slices of pizza I was wanting for. Anyways, after waiting 25 mins I went to check what the deal was, as the device hasn’t went off yet. The manager had no answer & I asked if we can just take them to go. He said no that’ll be cheaper for us to buy a large for $4.99! How is buying a large for $4.99 cheaper when the little 4 slices that they make for a custom & an adult Buffett was $5.99? Needless to say, we left , didn’t eat, no refund & my sons pizza was actually done 1st & was the last slip turned in. How do I know, because it was revealed that the burnt up pizza that had been setting on the counter was one of orders that I saw when I spoke to the Mgr. Very rude at that!...
