I order online at this whataburger at least twice a week. For the most part the service I get here is excellent and I appreciate it that itās why I always come back. At 11:06 on Easter I placed a pick up order online. When I arrived at the restaurant it was busy so I didnāt mind waiting for my food. I let the young lady know I had arrived and she let her team know. The young lady Iām guessing left the building for the day because she nvr returned. I waited patiently 20 min for my order before noticing everyone in the lobby had received their orders and left. I approached the front counter once again and told the MOD my order name she didnāt hear me had to repeat myself again. I went back to take a seat. She asked have you got the shakes with no cups in my vicinity. I gesture my hands towards the table as if do you see anyā¦as at this point Iāve been here 25 min Iām getting fustrated. She says well you couldāve took them to the car alreadyā¦..and I say to her well I donāt so can I get them. I was fine until she went to make the shakes and proceeded to talk bad about me to an employee while she made my shakesā¦..I just canceled my order definitely donāt trust or want to eat the food after thatā¦.and honestly it makes me not want to use this location. Crazy part is i was telling one of the guys waiting before everything happened that the lady was a good...

The last couple of times I've been here I had to return the food and ask them to make it fresh, which we all know it already takes about 20 min to get your food so each time I was there for almost an hour.my last visit I went inside to return my food and there was a young Mexican boy at the register. He was very stupid and childish, I'm beginning to question the reason places hire young people because they obviously can't operate without an overseer.
Anyway, I ordered my breakfast along with orange juice. He told me he couldn't give me the orange juice until I have him my debit card. With all the scams going on and that thief at Starbucks, I felt w treacherous vibe coming from him. He thought it was a joke, if I didn't have to go to work I would've showed him how funny I thought it was. I told him to get the manager and asked her if that was true and she looks at him puzzled and goes no. He laughs. I said I don't see what you think is funny. Bottom line that place either needs to remove that boy from the register or the whole place in general. Haven't been back since then and that used to be my spot for 2am...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location doesn't have there stuff together. I come thru the drive asking for a #1 with lettuce, mayo, and cheese with a cookie. They young lady then reads my order correct and gave me someone's else's meal like really. Keep in mind I didn't know the order was wrong until I got back go the hotel assuming my food was correct when she read it to me. I get back to my hotel (3rd floor ) having to call the manager, he then offered to replace the meal. I come back to the drive thru to the intercom and relayed the details to the same young lady who gave me the wrong meal. I went to lane B because I shouldn't have to wait in lane A since I already did that initally. The young lady tells me I have to come back around to lane A for safety reasons after dark 12:17am I'm like okay I can get with that, luckily I waited behind one person . After getting to the window she asked for a receipt. I told her she didn't give me one with the wrong order. So we went over my order for the 3rd time. 12:28am. I finally get my meal with an extra cookie. I know better next time to check my meal before leaving...
