While I was cleaning their windows, I noticed that it never slows down and these ladies never stop working. It was extremely difficult to detail the windows properly due to traffic/small spaces BUT this store is it if you’re looking bang for your buck!
Updated from a 5 star to 4: I have a company that has grown exponentially over the past 6 months and the last time my company cleaned this store was a few months back. I bought a hat and was fine with the Design on my hat being crooked and corners peeling as it was actually given to me that way and the lady says “is this ok???? I’m not too good yet at heat transfer on hats” and even though it was trash- I encouraged her and said “it looks fine, it’s a work hat anyways.” I looked past them completely ignoring the other 2 emails I sent and not contacting me to let me know they were finished w the print outs because they never started…. I LOOKED PAST THE FACT that I lowered my monthly recurring charge to appease them because they’re family owned and part of our community! BECAUSE they are community- I trusted them to leave me a SINGLE good review in return for the TWO they were left on google AND Facebook. The one thing that gives me the nerve to change my review is that all these things mentioned ARE NOT community and cheap prices do not always mean best quality. I genuinely liked the women working here and they even tipped the first two visits and promised multiple times to refer me out to people they knew… then, instead of calling and letting me know they didnt require service any long to save me the $10 in gas there and back- the owner tells a worker over the phone that they don’t need me any longer and will call if they do— months ago. The pricing provided to them could be comparable to what a crack head off the street wouldve offered them. There was no profit being made because I entered the deal WANTING TO HELP MAINTAIN A DIRTY STORE FOR WHAT I THOUGHT WAS BECOMING A STAPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY. Read moreI have been in this store and it has been issues… after issues…first time they took an order over the phone and the person on the phone took my dimensions WRONG!!! I asked if it could be remade she said yeah… never did say I’d have to repay for the remake… until I asked about pick up… said it was my fault… another time I asked about returning some shirts that I purchased a few days before… manager said yes… I come back with the shirt. Then she says they smell like food… like WTH?!?! They been in the bag tied up in my car…. I smell them like huh??? She ask her cashier and she said yeah they do… so I ask another customer and a child if they smell like food… both said no… heck the shirts in they store already have a smell. That’s probably what she’s alreadyyu smelling… now I have to either make customer keep the first color choice or be stuck with these 18 shirts bc she says they smell like food that been in the car in a dang bag… going forward I will be taking my business to Dallas like I was before… I was only using this business for small here and there orders. As a manager, it's crucial to ensure that your employees reflect the values of your business. I've noticed several reviews mentioning a particular employee's negative attitude towards customers, and I hope you've addressed this issue. In my opinion, it might be best to reconsider her position if this behavior persists.
I typically shop where I can get things done efficiently, and I'm willing to travel across the metroplex for that convenience. Unfortunately, this store really needs to improve its customer service. Because of the manager’s willingness to engage and listen, I'm updating my rating from one star to three. With continued improvements, I hope to raise it to five stars in the future.
