Update...afraid I had to downgrade my review. This place gets worse every time I go. This time I had to wait even longer to order even though there were no other customers except in the drive thru. Even though there were AT LEAST 4 and possibly 5 employees behind the counter, it took MORE THAN A COUPLE MINUTES before any of them could be troubled to come up front to ask me what I wanted. (Strike 1) When one finally did, I placed my order and said I was a senior. I was told their "screen was broken" and therefore they "can't give" me the senior discount. (Strike 2) Finally got my donuts, paid the non-discounted amount, went and sat down and bit into a donut...WRONG DONUT. (Strike 3) I went back to the counter and was told "Oh, sorry." She went and got another guy who confirmed they had given me the wrong donuts. After the four or five employees discussed who had opened and who had 'cooked' they decided they didn't have the donuts I had ordered and whose fault that was. (Strike4) I was then asked what other donuts I wanted but was not offered my money back. (Strike 5) When I got different donuts, they had very little filling in them, again. (Strike6) I am upset with myself that I did not demand a refund but I have only myself to blame for that. I tell you every word of this review is the truth, no exaggeration. I have NEVER given this bad of a review before and hope I never have to again. The owners/operators either don't pay attention to the reviews or don't care.    Read moreExtremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Went through drive thru today, as I was in a hurry. I ordered 4 drinks. Every time we would order one drink, they would rush us off, asking us if that was all for the order. We repeated the order twice to ensure that we would receive our drinks correctly. At the window, we were handed two drinks, as I asked for the total and handed them the cash.They then closed the window in our faces. We waited to give them time to get our other 2 drinks. Once they opened the window, they asked us what were we still waiting on (shouldnât they know, since they took our order and have it on a screen?) l told them about our 2 remaining drinks and to my surprise, they told us that they didnât have 4 drinks on our order and that they could barely hear us. Iâve worked drive thru before and usually, when youâre not sure of something like somebodyâs order, youâre supposed to ask and confirm that EVERYTHING is correct. Clearly, they did not know how to do that.đ¤ˇđťââď¸ We asked them to just charge us for the coffee at the window, as we were in a hurry. To which they proceeded to tell us that âthe ONLY wayâ we could get our coffee is if we went back around to the very back of the line and reordered because they donât âtake orders at the window.â This is the most ridiculously lazy excuse Iâve been ever told as to why I canât order something through a drive thru window. We ate never coming back to this location. Used to be my favorite one, but after this, I might as well stick to Starbucks. At least they have good customer service and donât roll your eyes at you for messing up your order.

   Read moreI placed a mobile order yesterday 6/14/2021, went to the store to pick it up. The line was wrapped around the building. Rather than waiting in line, I went ahead and went in to pick it up. It was my fault for not checking the order, but when I got home, I realized that one item was missing and one item was wrong. When I went back to the drive through, the girl that was there didnt seem to comprehend what was wrong, and the tall young lady that was combative right away, didn't care at all. She didn't/dosen't care about the customer at all. I ordered a chicken bacon and cheese stuffed croissant. Well guess what, their store no longer has them, so rather than waiting to see what I wanted when I picked up the order, they just fulfilled it with the other stuffed croissant. Which is not a good item, it's rather gross. But because it was a mobile order, the store will not do anything to attempt to make your order correct. She promptly told me, it's a mobile order, a different system then what they have, so I will need to fix it with the app. Never once tried to ask what she could do, is there something else of same value that I might want instead. Yes, it's just a job, but come on people. Start giving a da*n about your job! You're there to work but guess what, without customers, you...
