I recently had the pleasure of visiting this fantastic poke shop, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the staff, particularly Denis, truly went above and beyond to make my visit memorable.

Denis, our server, was an absolute delight. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he took the time to patiently explain each ingredient and offered helpful suggestions based on our preferences. Not only was he attentive and efficient, but his genuine passion for the food and his commitment to providing exceptional service shone through in every interaction.

The poke bowls we ordered were nothing short of amazing. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Denis ensured that our bowls were customized to our liking, and he even surprised us with a few extra toppings that elevated the overall experience. I just had the most ridiculous experience trying to get my order for pickup. First, I arrived almost thirty minutes after placing the order and it wasn't even started. Secondly, when I gave the employee at the counter the name and order number she just shrugged and said we don't have that. I showed her the order on my screen, then she went and looked at a receipt and said no, we don't have it. I again pointed out I have the order on my phone, placed at this location, so I'm not sure what they don't have it. I spell out the name, show her what I ordered. Nothing. Finally she brings the receipt that she was looking at over. It has my name, the one I showed her and spelled out, right on the top. No idea what the confusion was. Then she finally got started on the order. I noticed she didn't add something (cucumber, a free topping) that I had ordered so I asked if she could add it. She says it isn't on the receipt. I clearly see it on my order, but whatever. I ask if she can add it anyway. No, not on the receipt. I ask if I could get order a side of it or something. She asks "what, is this for you?"Yes. This is the same girl I just talked to, I don't know how she forgot whose order she was working on in less than a minute. She rolls her eyes then just scoops it on. When she finished my order, I went back to the counter but she walked right past me and took my bowl to the back for a few minutes. Again, No idea why. Finally, she comes back up, throws my bowl in a bag with no utensils, repeatedly staples it and hands it to me without a word. Rude. I was expecting to be able to grab my correct order and go, not have to guide the employee through the whole process. It would have been faster to just order in person. If I hadn't already paid first, I would have left at the first shrug and eye...

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly, helpful staff. I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant. Dennis welcomed us over to the line and clearly explained how to order and the variety of choices they had to offer. The counter and food serving area was very clean. The food looked fresh and vibrant with color! Very appetizing! As we ordered each component, Dennis was very friendly and walked us through ordering step-by-step. My children were greeted and he helped them with their own choices so they could make their own bowl. Even my picky eater had a variety of choices she liked. We each customized our bowls and chose to try one of their signature drinks. The lobster, spicy salmon, and spicy tuna were very fresh and absolutely delicious! The vegetables were also very fresh and added a great flavor combination with the proteins and our chosen bases (ramen and rice). Dennis made the ordering easy and fun! The food was amazing (and I don’t think that gives it justice). We all loved our bowls and the serving was more than enough to fill us up. We actually had to bring some home with us. The signature lemonade was crisp and refreshing! The classic milk boba was delicious! You can’t go wrong with their Piña Colada smoothie. Truly fantastic! We’ve been looking for a fresh and delicious poke bowl restaurant for a few years and this one is it! We will definitely be regular customers as our experience, the customer service, and the food was wonderful! I would highly recommend this restaurant.
