Let me 1st start by saying that I have never been treated so poorly before at a Smoothie King location. The location on Cooper street has the worst customer service ever poor service Untrained staff. There is always long waits and slow service. Today on August 17th I go to get me a smoothie There was a long line when I get there but I'm willing to wait. The speaker was blocked by the car in front of me I assume the person on the inside could hear my car pull up. However my window remained up and I did not hear anyone talking because I wasn't in front of the speaker. After waiting for 5 or so minutes the car pulls up and then I roll down my window to .place an order. After waiting a couple of seconds I say hello I heard a male figure hello oh now you ready to order. I replied excuse me I just to to the speaker to order . He then followed by saying I said can I help like 3 times . I then followed by saying I just now got in front of the speaker so I wasn't aware .his response was oh well what do you need. I was shocked at his behavior and actions to me to where I didn't even wanna order anything. Got to the window ask for gentlemen that was speaking on speaker the gut stated he didn't know . So I ask what his name then he replied Jutland. I ask for manager he replied he was so then I responded who was speaking to me he said it didn't matter.. like what kind of manager acts that way . No apology no how can I resolve the situation just as rude as thr other male .. I will spread the word about this location and service to anyone and everyone.. no one deserves that kind...
Read moreJuly 2 1:22 this being my first experience at smoothie king the young lady with the 10inch nails & colorful purple hair Myra I believe at the window had the rudest service she was demanding and when I just asking a simple question about the price difference because I didn’t know she became snappy and let me know that she didn’t have an attitude with me & I honestly wanted to hang my order but felt rushed & didn’t want to hold the line. Honestly I don’t want to spend my hard earned money on rude employees with bad attitudes and can’t communicate simply with the public. I did speak with the manager Julian and he did reassure me that I will be able to get another smoothie (even though that’s really not my biggest concern). So I thought what the Hay new day let’s give it another go around, When I went in today July 3rd the employees had no sense of urgency as I waited 5mins to get attention at all and the same young lady Washing dishes girls posted up. The smoothie told was terrible honestly and was not the same thing that I got yesterday the smoothie was watered all the way down. My concern is spending money at an establishment with employees that are aggressive to the paying public. Those were my only two times ever going into smoothie king and last time I spend my hard earned money there to get talked to and order sabotage or food poisoning because you still get to have an attitude because the is smoothie told isn’t it and taste very very bitter seriously. Read moreIf there was minus a star that's what I would give this establishment I just left after being in the drive-thru for 40 minutes okay The people ahead of me were cleared out and I'm just sitting there I was told to wait like 10 minutes ago I'm figuring because you're clearing out the drive-thru I still wait 5 minutes after the last car there's nobody at the window to pick up that maybe you couldn't hear because I'm sitting here waiting already 30 minutes So I pull up to the window and want to order the two cashiers did not get any names we're very rude and acting like I had a problem going up to the window when really I've already been in line for 30 minutes I understand it's busy It's Friday but you're rude and all you had to do was take my order I already been in line for 30 minutes All you had to do was take my order then you want to be rude and say well I'll take your order but you're going to have to pull over because basically I should get back in line why should I get back in line when I already been in the drive-thru line for 30-40 minutes disrespectful to my time so now I got to waste...
