Chicken Pullita - Cooper — Restaurant in Arlington

I was watching tiktok one day and saw them advertising a machete which is basically a giant taco and said yes I need that in my life to heck with my diet for one day!

Walked in with some co worker and one got a flauta meal and the other guy got a burrito. I myself got the MACHETE! The employee told me it would be about 15 min to prepare and I said no problemo! My buddy got his Flautas first and they looked pretty dang good I think he got like 5 or 6 flautas that were stuffed with chicken. He said they were pretty good. The other buddy got the burrito and it didn't look all that appealing. Sorry.

Then I got the MACHETE and oh lord was I not prepared got it half chicken and half carne asada. Came with some avocado and lettuce their salsa bar is pretty dang good also and clean. I was only able to eat half of the machete it was made with what appeared to be home made corn tortilla, cheese, and meat. The machete was actually pretty dang good a little pricey at 17 dollars and change plus tip came out to $23.

We enjoyed everything about this place, the food, service and music. We tried the half order of chicken and were pleased with the serving portions; lots of food for $15 on this order. The chicken is juicy and well seasoned. We also tried the Mexican burger. It reminded me more of a Philly cheesesteak than a burger because it comes with thin slices of steak instead of groundbeef and it comes with bellpeppers and onion (add cheese if you want), but the bread was delicious and the fries were too. Each meal incuded a drink (I think), and I was surprised that we could choose between an agua fresca or a fountain drink at no additional cost. Dine in and enjoy their salsas bar and music. I also got a loyalty card; spend $13 and get a punch. Great place! I plan on trying...

They don’t tell you what they are serving you and when you ask them because it don’t look like barbacoa , they tell you their Barbacoa has 1/2 beef and 1/2pork they don’t have that specify anywhere in their menu and everywhere you go Barbacoa is made pure beef or lam but they are very specific when iits lam I ask them to change the order and they were very disrespectful and she rolled her eyes and started giving me attitude and told me if I switch the order I would have to pay for it all over again you would expect way better customer service since I was dealing with the owner direct , she was extremely disrespectful once again, but that can explain because she was a little girl she really needs some classes on...
