Decent margaritas and ok food. If you work nights, they're open early and you can have "dinner" & a drink. They do not serve drinks before 9 or 10 on Sundays. I like that they have quite a few menu options and often they have new tacos for limited times, so there's aleays something new to try. I have had really good tacos, but honestly, they are mostly just average. You have to order salsa or you do not get any- I actually have a huge issue with this. Salsa should be included with all tacos. They do have a sauce (sometimes 2 different sauces, depending on location), but they are tabasco type sauces and absolutely NOT what I want on a taco. Their salsa is ok. Not the best or worst. Queso is OK, could use more flavor/heat. You get far more chips than the small container of salsa will cover. Rice & beans are OK. There's so much potential for great tacos that this business seems to miss!

I frequent fuzzys quite a bit. The fuzzys on green oaks is by far the worst experience I’ve had and I’ve given it a couple chances. The food is cold and the margaritas are straight sweet and sour. The soda fountain is filthy. Three cashiers were sitting down at a table chitchatting on their phones and letting a cashier on their first day do everything alone - not even knowing how to take an order or make a drink. The line finally piled up a bit and the three girls got up to “help”. Also saw kitchen staff sitting down on the floor in the kitchen and then got up to make a ticket without washing hands or changing their gloves. Also witnessed a young lady drinking a margarita out of a guests drink while working, I mean I hope she works there as none of the cashiers or bussers were wearing fuzzys shirts.

I usually love fuzzys but the last few times it seems they have just been off. They left food out of orders the last few times. The last one I checked in the parking lot and we was missing an entire meal. Luckily I caught that but missed that we was missing two sides in one of the meals. I understand people make mistakes so I let it go. Then tonight I ordered two salads. Usually I love the salads. This is what I got. So disappointed. Hardly any toppings and maybe even missing some of what it was suppose to have. My husband's brisket one was the same way.

I’m very disappointed to say the least. I’ve been a loyal Fuzzy’s customer for years not to mention the points i’ve racked up. I enjoy Fuzzy’s at least one or twice a week for their margarita Monday or happy hour for their margaritas. Today I set foot to enjoy happy hour like any other day when I was greeted with disgusted behavior. “Ashley” (the general manager taking my order) was eyeballing me behind the counter before even saying a word to me. I proceed to tell her what food and the margarita I want. Before I can finish my drink order she rudely ask for my ID. That’s no issue i’m above the age of 21. She scans my Id but when she’s putting my order in it takes her quite a minute, once again no issue. Then she clears my order off the screen and proceeds to tell me that she can’t serve me any alcohol. Thrown off by the response (bc I order all the time with no issue) I think she’s joking. She proceeds to laugh in my face and say “Your ID says you’re 5’7 and you’re not.” I’m sorry? That’s what the DMV said when my ID was issued. She proceeds to go back and forth with me and say that this isn’t me and that she won’t serve me any type of service bc my ID isn’t me even though it has been scanned. Proceeds to ask me my age to once again laugh in my face. I pull out my debit card to prove it is me and she won’t even look at it. I ask her once again “The reason you’re not serving me alcohol to be specific is because my ID says 5’7 even though it’s scanned?” THEN proceeds to lie in my face and tell me it didn’t scan. Once again I’ve been to this Fuzzy’s locations many different times, COUNTLESS number of times. I’m truly disgusted by this apparent General Managers behavior. The way she approached me, the situation and how she handled it is ugly just like her and shows she shouldn’t be a GM. I’ve NEVER had an issue here and the boys that usually help me are very nice. Ashley Farcetti, the general manager is the most rude, disrespectful, disgusting, arrogant bad built person i’ve encountered that works at Fuzzy’s in my 6 years of coming. Debating if I should step...

Absolutely appalling experience! The management and staff at this establishment are utterly incompetent and rude. We informed them days in advance about bringing a large group, and they assured us it would be fine. However, when we arrived, they crammed us onto one side of the restaurant like sardines. Frustrating, but we tried to let it go.

Then at 9:45 PM, my son attempted to order more food—plenty of time since they officially close at 10. Shockingly, they refused, claiming the kitchen had already closed 15 minutes early because, as the staff bluntly put it, “they needed to go home.” Excuse me? That’s not how a professional restaurant operates! When I personally went to clarify, they rudely reiterated that no further orders would be allowed.

The final insult? While some of us were getting refills and to-go boxes, the staff cleared our plates and cups without even asking if we were finished—clearly trying to push us out as fast as possible. When I confronted them yet again, they repeated their dismissive excuse: “We need to go home.” This isn’t customer service; it’s a disgrace.

If accommodating a large party was going to be an issue, they should have been honest upfront and advised us to go elsewhere. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience here, but it will definitely be the last. To top it off, they turned away another customer who came right before closing!

Restaurants are expected to serve customers until the stated closing time—not shut down early because the staff is eager to leave. This place is a joke. Management is non-existent, and the staff clearly doesn’t care about their customers. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place...

Queso was cold and shredded chicken was almost warm. Orderd a shredded chicken burrito covered in Queso. Before I could take a bite I noticed a small spider like bug floating on top of the Queso. It wasn't on the burrito so I picked it out. The first bite I realize the queso was cold but I hate being picky so I continued with two more bites. By the 3rd bite I realized the shredded chicken was barely warm. I notify the young lady at the register she offered me something else but they had just closed. I didn't want to inconvenience them so I just ask for a refund. The manager came to help her refunded but he said all the registers were closed and he couldn't put the money back on my card or give me a gift certificate and he couldn't give me cash back because there's no money the drawer because he closed them down. He said I would have to come back tomorrow morning to get a refund. So I asked him for a general managers name and number because I didn't really like what he was telling me especially if I had to come back out of my way to get a refund of 8 bucks. He had the young lady right down the GM's number she asked him how to spell Eduardo and he told her it was on the door. After all is said and done the lady that took our order when we walked in ended up giving me a refund out of her tip money. Very disappointed in the customer service of their manager and lack of quality in their food fortunately Jack box was on the other side of the street. They were able to provide warm food after I had to wait for my wife to eat her sandwich which turned out...
