I wish I could say that I enjoyed the customer service at this location as much as I enjoy Marble Slab Ice Cream. I'm an avid Marble Slab consumer, however, this was my first time at this particular location.

I asked for a small ice cream and was constantly asked to purchase the regular because I asked for 2 flavors. I've never had this issue at other locations. I then I asked for some pecans to be sprinkled on the top and they refused to do that. The attitude and poor customer service was very frustrating.

Although I understand that each location has different owners, rules, etc., however, that does not excuse poor customer service.

I’m pretty sure there are non-Marble Slab standard ingredients used at this location. We love Marble Slab and go fairly often to our fave locations. This was the one we were closest to at the time, so we decided to chance it; I wish we hadn’t. We got our usuals in white chocolate waffle bowls. The bowl didn’t look the same as what we usually get; the white chocolate was beige and the bowl was skimpily dipped, plus it didn’t taste good! It tasted like sweet wax smh. The ice cream was also very, very bland tasting and not at all what we’re accustomed to. I chose sweet cream and it had zero taste and my husband’s cinnamon vanilla was sans flavor. I complained about this a few times before. Think I'll stop coming to this one. Not only does it stink, it makes me concerned about the cleanliness of this place. I wasn't looking when I went in but that makes me wonder what their health code score is. I wonder if they have it posted in there somewhere or maybe I could look it up online. Theres an odd sour odor when you walk in. Wish something could be done about that because it's quite offensive to me but otherwise ice cream great as usual.
