Updated Review - 7/21/24 at 10pm I'm writing to express my ongoing frustration with the service at Jack in the Box. This evening, I experienced a 24-minute wait in the drive-thru, The employee was reluctant to take my order at the speaker because he was assisting another car at the window. Consequently, I had to wait for that car to leave before placing my order, and the employee appeared confused during the process. It seems as though the staff is only able to handle one car at a time. Is this a training issue, or is there a policy that restricts taking multiple orders simultaneously? Understanding the reason behind this might help customers like myself manage our expectations better. This isn't an isolated incident. I've encountered similar delays at the locations on Cook Rd in Skagit, Sunset in Whatcom, and Burlington Blvd. Can someone please explain why this issue persists across multiple locations? Also LOOK AT ALL THAT GREASE? I have seriously never seen a taco this greasy, there really is no reason at all for that. 😤🙁 Waited 20 min in line and wasn't moving, not one car 12am and nothing. I wasn't waiting any more. That's crazy wait time, there was people in front of me who had to get out and stretch Thier legs! Lol

Would give no stars if I could. Me and my mother went here for lunch and got two ultimate bacon cheeseburgers and two curly fries. The first time the curly fries came out black and looked as if they were sitting in the warmer for hours. So they made "fresh" ones and they came out dark brown and tasted like burnt oil. So we asked for the money back for the fries. The sitting room was disgusting, sticky and covered in filth. I was so mortified that I didn't let my service dog lick off the floor. The drink machine was out of everything except coke HIC Orange. Also one of the cashier went to clean the restrooms and used the same bucket for cleaning toilets to wipe the tables. Never ever going back to this Jack in the box. No thank you.

I approached the building with caution "safety first", using my motorized wheel chair. My f150 easily accessed the drive-thru and the surrounding parking lot, however would not fit inside the restaurant. The menu sign was effectively illuminated sticky was appropriate given the darkness of the sky.. Ordering was the hardest part only because I couldn't decide how many tacos to get after that I had to decide what kind of sauce I wanted to pair with them..I chose "Good good" and "buttermilk House sauce" sauces. The staff was super duper and patient with my slow ordering process or S.O..P....I RECIEVED MY MEAL HOT AND WITH A SMILE! I'll never be quite the same... I'm a good way. 5teen stars!!

Stopped into the lobby on the way through town so we could also use the restrooms. The front counter person had to open the doors for us. The bathrooms were not clean at all and they were out of paper towels. We placed our order and were told we could not have curly fries because they were not made. She didn't say out, she said not made. So then we waited. And waited. And waited. As I looked around, I saw a sign asking people in the lobby to limit theor visit to 30 minutes. That seemed odd and rude. Then I saw just how gross this store is. The kitchen was a mess. Food everywhere. The floors and tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The windows had greasy handprints all over them. The whole place just smelled terrible. After awhile, the manager walks through the front area, shirt untucked, noticing I had clearly been standing there waiting for a solid 10 minutes and said to his staff, "where is the floor order?" The cook walked up to the TV with the orders and said, "what floor order?" He then meandered to the back, got 2 fries ready for our order, then opened the freezer, pulled out a patty, and dropped it in. Then a minute or two later, dropped in another patty. After realizing I was going to get ice cold fries cooked in a dirty kitchen and was still going to have to wait another 5 minutes for my food, I asked for a refund. And then I waited, and waited, and waited for the manager to come back up front to refund me. When he finallyy walked up to the front, he started assembling the order. I had to stop him and say we wanted a refund. I spent a good 20-25 minutes in that store and by the time I left, our food was...

I ordered 1 item & still they couldn't get it correct. I ordered chicken ranch sandwich $7.85 and got 2 slabs of greasy beed fat which i bit into first without looking. Normally i would of gone right back but im just exhausted from my previous experience at the marysville 4th st location (read below)

Ya know 2 weeks ago at that location i used the app on wasn't even open after i checked to see it was open and still charged me for what i never got. I had to call police after the manager there refused to make meal or refund. At this point i considered this theft through fraud. I had to call my financial institution who filed a complaint with mastercard & 4 days later i was refunded my $5.45. Case closed a week after their investigation. Totally unexcusable forcing the time & expense to be refunded what was never provided. I also reported their app to Apple a detailed report & still claim their app is used to steal money by means of fraud. A complaint to corporate did nothing. By the time someone contacted me via reply to my post on their facebook i had been refunded through mastercard but have no clue if Jack refunded them or if mastercard just thought it wasnt worth the $5.45 to pursue... which is my point. Such a small amount +3 others they frauded & so on adds up quick.

Thats strike 2, strike 3 JackintheBox...
