I went to the Pottery Nook for the first time the weekend after Christmas for some quality time with my stepdaughter. We had a delightful time! There are no complicated or confusing studio fees--the price of the ceramic piece (plus tax) includes paint, time, and other supplies. The staff member who set us up was knowledgeable and friendly. A children's birthday party was also there in a special party room clearly having a great time. I'd recommend Pottery Book both for small groups and large (be sure to call ahead for groups 5 people or larger).

Such a fun experience! Will definitely be going back. My teenage daughter and I enjoyed painting our pieces. Staff was super helpful with our questions. All paints, brushes, stencils, texture tools provided. We got there when they opened on a Saturday and it got busy fast. Prices range from $5-$50 depending on what you want to paint. Average ranges for pieces are between $20-$30. They also have a range of cold beverages and great music variety playing overhead. One week later we returned and our pieces were perfect!

I’ve been in a numerous times and it’s always so fun & relaxing! Kim (the owner) is so nice & helpful! Erica is so sweet and welcoming too. Thank you to the team at the nook for giving us all a safe, clean & fun environment to enjoy! Very refreshing as someone in the service industry to receive actual good customer service! I love my Pumpkin pottery I painted. it turned out the exact way I was told it would.

This place is a fun experience! WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ THEY DO NOT HAVE A SYSTEM TO SAFE GUARD YOUR ARTWORK.

THEY DO NOT CONTACT YOU THEY DO NOT TAKR YOUR INFORMATION TO CALL OR EMAIL YOU YOUR ARTWORK IN RWADY FOR PICK UP!!

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY 💰. THEN THROW YOUR ARTWORK IN THE TRASH IF YOU DONT REMEMBER TO COME PICK IT UP.

THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE ONCE ON MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER 10TH BIRTHDAY

AGAIN ON MY OLDER DAUGHTER 17TH BIRTHDAY. 160.00!!! IN THE TRASH. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD MAKE A EFFORT TO CONTACT YOU BUT NO THEY THROW YOU MO EY IN THE GARBAGE

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS BUSINESS. THEY DONT CARW ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR THEIR ARTWORK

0 OUT OF 5 STARS!!

I OWN A BUSINESS IF YOU LEAVE YOUR JACKET OR GLASSES EVEN A WATER BOTTLE. WE CONTACT YOU UNTIL YOU COME GET THE ITEMS.

MY EMPLOYEES WORK!!

HORRIBLE BUSINESS VALUES

INSTEAD OF CREATING A LONG LASTING EXPERIENCE THEY CREATING PAINFUL EXPERIENCE.

BECAUSE YOU WORK SO HARD ON THE ARTWORK. WORK HARD TO PAY THE EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES FOR THE ITEMS TO PAINT.

SO THEY CAN NOT CONTACT YOU AND THEN THEY THROW THEIR CUSTOMERS ITEM IN THE TRASH!!

Was a very relaxing place and enjoyed the music. Had a good selection of pieces to paint, but wish there was more paint colors to choose from. And after tripping over several dog toys/bones on the floor and then realizing there was a dog actually in the store (which I believe to be the owners or someone working there) we will probably not be back. Simply because my daughter is deathly afraid of and allergic to dogs-and this was a nice dog who didn’t bother you unless you paid attention to it. It is not fun or relaxing when you go and pay for something that isn’t necessarily cheap while your child is truly scared and wants to leave because of an animal. The owners have every right to do as they please in their establishment, I just wish they would be a little more mindful of the people/public who may not share the same love for animals or those who have allergies, or...

Went in to pickup my 5 year olds pottery. I am a dog person and not fearful but the owner’s dog approached me aggressively as I waited at the front....teeth barking/barking to which I tried to back out the front door. The owner was clearly annoyed at my fear and gave a “well sorry”. If you have a child afraid at all of dogs just be cautious. This would have terrified my daughter if she had been with me. Sounds like the dog is there often so we won’t be back to visit. The owner said “oh she won’t bite you”. Well I’m not going to stand there...
