I bought a prepaid phone for my daughter then called 611 to set it up l, the first guy was more interested in leaving early then getting my phone going for me to the point he charged me for service then never gave me a receipt or email with account number or telephone number so I could give it to the technical support lady that he transferred me too. As I started working with the second person(the lady) she told me she couldnāt find anything that the guy did and she would have to start over and charge me again, I told her absolutely not it already showed $49.91 taken out of my account that she needed to contact the guy that took my money and ask him what he did and she refused and told me again I needed to pay again and that if they found the first purchase they would refund me eventually so I asked for a supervisor and we got āDISCONNECTEDā magically and she never called me back. I waited 20 mins and called back again and spoke with a lady again and she didnāt know what was going on and put me on hold until a supervisor became available, he took 10 mins and figured it all out that the sim in the Verizon phone was a Walmart Verizon so itās incompatible with them and that I would need to go to a store and they would fix it there he refunded my moneyā which takes 7 to 10 business days and I hung up. The next day I go into the store and tell them what happened and that I needed a SIM card and to activate my daughters new phone she said no problem we can help you with that, She does the computer stuff goes in the back gets the SIM card then say okay you just gotta pay for the service which is $99.81 I said wait how is it $99.81 when itās a $45 plan and they charged me yesterday and it was only $49.91??? She said oh itās a setup fee I said bullshit I spoke to a supervisor last night and he told me it would be exactly $49.91 not a penny more whatās going on here?? She said Iām sorry Sir thatās just how much it costs, I said so why was it only $49.19 last night she said I donāt know I said you need to talk to your boss, she leaves for a minute or two then comes back and say oh okay sorry itās $59.91 I said BS it should only be the amount I paid yesterday after a few minutes of arguing she comes back and says okay itās $51.19 I said no itās not but whatever I want to get out of here soil Iāll just pay it. They constantly try to over charge their customers I have audio recordings of the phone calls and Iām sick of it Iām gonna file a lawsuit if the supervisor doesnāt do his job and figure out what the hell is going on. I went there to help an elderly neighbor friend of mine get their bill fixed as he was being over charged. He was being charged $130 for one cell phone with unlimited everything along with other services he didn't even use. We walk in and were greeted by what I was told was a trainee and he asked us what we needed and said the wait time would be a hour and a half. So I took a look around and there were five Verizon employees (including the young man we were talking to) and two other customers (besides us) that were together being helped by one employee. Of the other 3 employees one was on the phone and the other two were talking to each other. So I looked back at the trainee and said what gives? Long story short we were added to the list but never given a call only a text that was not heard by either of us. After about an hour we went back to check the wait time and were informed we were bumped since they did not hear back from us after sending us a text soon after we left earlier and that the wait time was now two and a half hours. I have been to this store a few times since it opened and have preferred the Marysville store since it opened and would even drive into Everett to avoid going to this one as it has the worst customer service of any business I have had the misfortune of having to deal with. Ā Ā Ā Read moreABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER! I have been in this store 3 times regarding the issue of my replacement phone not working and my iCloud name was hacked by whoever stole my phone. I was told it was not a Verizon issue and was sent to Apple. They needed proof of purchase so I returned to Verizon and even spoke with the manager about my issue. They had no idea what was wrong and I returned to Apple with proof of purchase only to be denied about getting my hacked iCloud removed. Apple support sent me back to Verizon for the third time and Zach was the manager on duty that was supposed to help me. He was nothing but short, rude and condescending. I was crying and extremely frustrated as this was over a month of me going back and forth about fixing my phone to find out it was VERIZONS FAULT FOR NOT REPORTING MY OLD PHONE STOLEN!! I did not get an Iām sorry for the inconvenience or that it was their fault to begin with. I asked Zach why he was so short with me and he even agreed, I then said if you work as a manger you need to be more apologetic when it was your companyās fault and no one checked to see if my old phone was reported stolen in their system.
