Mailbox Depot — Local services in Arlington

Been renting a mailbox here now for about 2 years and couldn't ask for a better experience. I've had to call a couple times when traffic was horrible and I was going to be a couple minutes late and they always would stick around for me. I drove over an hour in traffic the other day to pay a fine at the Arlington courthouse and got there 5 minutes before they closed and they wouldn't let me pay my fine. Security guard at the door says they're closed. I asked then why is the door open and why are you sitting here to greet me? Sorry off track but that would never happen here! They have even let me use their restroom a couple times! I don't know any places like this that would open their back employee restroom for customers, especially recently. I've had packages delivered when I've been out of town and it's never an issue. They are always smiling and cheerful when I walk in. The mailbox rental is also the cheapest around! Billy does his homework and follows the prices of the other mailbox options in town and he beats them! The only thing that I could say is a con would be they aren't open very late but neither is the post office. These guys know what they're doing and do it well. Do not go there to send any packages at all. I was charge doble the price I should have paid going to the usps directly or doing my own shipping label at home. I know they have to make a profit for their service, but charging me $200 more of a service is way to much. They charge me $430 for a shipping that usps would have done for $230. That is what I get for trusting google reviews and because the clerk seems friendly. Please don’t buy boxes there either. They are super expensive too.
