I will never return to this place. We ordered crawfish, Alligator, shrimp fried rice, and my friend ordered one other platter. The crawfish was not too bad but the alligator had dark meat and everywhere else the alligator is a white meat (what its supposed to be). So I'm not exactly sure what we ate, but we only had one piece each. The shrimp fried rice was bland. It had no taste to it what so ever. When I told the lady at the front about not liking the dish, she basically said that there wasn't anything she cold do about it. That I had to pay for everything even if I did not like it. It was almost a $40 check that I was unhappy with. Make sure that you will enjoy everything that you order because they will not do anything if you're unhappy. We didn't have any service because the lady was at a table not too far away from us on her phone. Makes sense why they have no returns or exchanges, this must...
Read moreWe are from out of town and decided to try this place after reading some of the reviews . Man was this the biggest mistake ever service horrible . Guy took are order brought food and never came back . We kept waiting for him to get silverware / refills . I finally see the other table go get him because they needed something . I waived him down he came to the table handed my kid a dr. Pepper in a can and walked away . I was like we never got silverware by that time my daughter pretty much used her teeth to crack open her snow crab and was almost done. He walks away and goes back to his table on his phone. . After waiting for about 15 min we decided to get up and go grab him so that we could get boxes . You would think that would be the sign that we want the check no we wait again and finally had to go tell him . At this point I'm pissed off and told him to get off and pay attention to...
Read moreDO NOT RECOMMEND! As mentioned in previous reviews, immediately upon entry I was greeted with "To go?" The dining room looked nice but was empty at prime time for dinner. I ordered a pound of boiled crawfish for $10.99 and a few potatoes and corn on the cob with cajun sauce. The crawfish were tiny, dirty, overcooked, and basically inedible. The only flavor was in the sauce I had no use for, since the meat wouldn't come out of the crawfish. You have to buy each potato or piece of corn for 90 cents. I asked for a refund due to my disappointment and I was told the manager is not there and the woman had a man talk to me. I asked about returning my essentially untouched food for a refund and the man said they do not refund or exchange. Their justification was that they only get jumbo crawfish during March or April. DO...
