Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Arlington

Very poor customer concern resolvment skills from ground level employees up through management. My wife paid $6 (2.99 del fee/ $3 tip) to have pizzas delivered yet the driver arrived with a bag of $2 breadsticks and stated "that's all they gave me". So she called to ask how this would be resolved (giving this location the opportunity to rectify the situation) yet was told there was nothing they could do as the delivery driver is contracted through doordash so she was SOL and had to come in person to pick up the food. Mind you we avoid in person pick up as to avoid possible unnecessary exposure to the virus yet was told by the store employee we had to drive in person to pick up the pizzas in store. After discussing this with the manager Renaldo he confirmed the same mentality as the original employee whom told us in summary "tough luck, come down and pick it up yourself" as well as shifting the blame onto the doordash employee. The fact of the matter is, your company facilitated the use of the doordash delivery service... your company vouched for them. There should be some sort of accountability in this. We did our part, little ceasars failed...

I have concerns... My total was 21.08. The store was Very busy so when I was asked to give change because they were out. I gave a quarter and specified cover the next person that needs it. I proceeded to watch 5 more people experience the same all of which gave a quarter or over the change? Now if they were just honest about the change that would be fine but watching in close quarter many people be lied to left a bad taste. I think a tip jar should be installed or a policy to pay to the nearest dollar as gratuity is a good idea. A quarter isn't a big deal but they add up and to hold up an order to a kid when his 22 cents had been more than covered really bugged me. The people inside were working hard and fast and except for this I always tip. I tip all my service professionals but it is disrespectful to lie to people standing literally feet apart. they should make 0 stars possible becuase this location earned it i am not against hiring felonys everyone should be able to work but leave the bad habits and unprofessionalism to not say ghetto outside if work litteraly in the 15 min wait i saw 3-5 employes all males with tattoes running back in forth to there car and would even smoke right outside the store one guy came out with an apron with flour all over him and also went out to join the team on a smoke poor female manager i saw her stressing trying to keep everything together the PIZZAS where awful one had 2 inches of crust the other didnt even have crust at all they weren’t even cut one had 3 pices with the rest of the pizza was all one piece didnt even try cutting it really surprised people still even go there after reading all the bad reviews it will...
