Terrible service, excessively long waits to get your food & flavorless food. I arrived at this this restaurant around 7:40pm and was seated while I waited for the rest of my party. I went ahead an ordered some appetizers (calamari & crab cakes) so that they'd come out by the time the rest of our party arrived. 30 minutes later the waitress returned told us they don't have any crab cakes. Why it took so long to tell us they didn't have the crab cakes I ordered, I don't know but we decided to try to wings instead.
The 'calamari' didn't come out until almost an hour later. And the calamari was not made form fresh octopus, it was some sort formed fish cake...it was awful. The wings came out another 40 minutes later and they were under cooked just as awful tasting as the 'fish-cake calamari'.
In the interim, we ordered various types of oysters. The raw oysters on the half shall were awful & not even close to fresh we sent them back and asked that they be broiled because we scared of getting sick from them. The oyster bacon rockefeller were the worst I have ever tasted. The fire-cracker oysters & broiled oysters were okay when we finally received them an hour later.
We tried 3 of the boiled sacks and they were flavorless and made us regret ordering them considering the prices they charge.
A couple of members of our party order fried dishes catfish & the station platter. The food didn't come out until we were almost ready to leave 2 hours later and we had to get it to-go.
It took almost 3 hours to get the food we ordered and the waitress never came back to table to tell us what was going on or apologized for the delay. The entire place is so disorganized and chaotic.
This was our first & last visit to Arlington...

The hubby and I have been here twice.
1st time was a pretty good experience and would recommend crawfish and shrimp here (3 sack deal). Service could have been a bit better our waiter maybe only checked back once after we got our food. And that was only because we flagged him down.
2nd time 6/25/18, we ordered 2 lobster rolls and Cajun Fries from the menu they give to you when you dine in (bottom right hand side in the section called n'awlins corner). When the waitress placed our food on our table we just stared at it. But, we were optimistic and hoped it was good. I did take a bit of the bread and it's pretty dense. The serving size of the Fried lobster was more than plenty. I ended up taking breading off because honestly it was a bit thick in areas and squeezed lemon on it. Some of the lobster meat was good and other areas over cooked. My husband had the same issue with the quality of the meat. Cajun fries could easy be described as copy cat of Wing Stop fries but where is the Cajun seasoning.
My recommendation: It would be better named as a Poboy Fried Lobster sandwhich.
Note: DO NOT mistaken it as an actual lobster roll. I did read on their website and it is described as a Lobster Crunch Roll (In the Fried Corner Section of the Web Menu).
Service was on point! We actually had two different waitresses helping us. Like the team work!
Did sign up for their rewards and said we could get a free dessert but all they had that day was...

Now aside from the overpriced food, the atmosphere was ok, no one really greeted us but the host seemed irritated nevertheless we were seated in good time. As we were seated the temperature was kind of cool but bearable. It took awhile for the server to come over but once he did and took our drinks it seemed as if the ac was turned on immediately. It got so cold in there my daughter came to sit by me as it was I swear like the artic. There was cold air blowing directly on it was very uncomfortable. Sometime later we got our drinks then ordered our food which took awhile but it was ok. Now when we got our food the appetizer, crab claws came out with the lobster roll I ordered, I was livid at the price being $30 for a lunchable sized sandwich that was rubbery and just flavorless. Tasted like water and a slide with Mayo on top. Given I know seafood is expensive but this was ridiculously over priced and not worth it. The appetizer also was rubbery and hard to eat as we had to use so much force from our teeth to get the meat to come off as it should have slid off easily. My daughter got shrimp and sausage pasta that looked good but tasted like a kitchen sink. I didn’t make a fuss as I didn’t want to disturb others in vday but I was highly upset. Not to mention the wall we sat by was disgusting. Paper towel roll an seat had food splattered on top and it was gross! Needless to say I will NEVER RETURN here ever! We will stick...
