First of all i went in on 09/26/2015. ordered an XL pizza cheesy bread and wings. When i got home took a bite of my pizza and found a tooth!! yes a TOOTH of all things. Called the manger she was very nice said she would give me my full refund, but that i would have to call back because it was a high amount. Called back the next day could never get a hold of the manager. Finally when i did speak to the manager his name was Michael he was very rude. made me feel like he did not take me seriously. We scheduled a meeting for the following day which was a Monday. When i got there Michael had me wait for a good 30 min before he decided to have a seat with me. He then began mocking me asking me if i had this tooth that was in question with me. He took a look at the tooth and said "well if this is even a tooth i can assure you that it CAME FROM YOUR MOUTH" He also said " I will give you your refund and we never have to have your business here again"and it does not end there he proceeded to tell me that if i was looking for some sort of deal i could for get it. that he could assure me that i would loose. I Also went to the dentist to have it confirmed that it was in fact a tooth and that it was not my tooth!
After that horrible meeting i decided to take it a step farther and called higher up. I spoke with a man named Richard. Richard told me that he thought the problem was taken care of because that is what Michael had told him. No Michael it was not taken care of. Richard calmed me down and tried to make the wrongs right which i did appreciate. He did in fact give me a full refund as well as a credit on my account if i were to choose to give them another shot.
I did not think that i would ever go back, but my family came into town and they wanted to give it a try. so i took up his offer on 10/17/2015. I placed my order over the phone. Made the drive over to Mansfield. When i arrived i sent my sister in too pick up the pizza she comes out empty handed to tell me that they do not have my order. You can imagine how mad i was! this is the second time they have messed up! The manager on duty apologized and said she would comp my order. Which would have been nice if it wasn't already free. so what does she do she gives me a coupon for another free pizza. I highly doubt i will ever come back to this place. but hey the THIRD TIME IS A CHARM!! I will be sure to tell every one how horrible this place is. Sucks because i loved the idea of this place and was so excited to tell everyone about this place. Sadly i will be telling them the exact...
Read moreUpdate: The owner of the establishment, Derek, reached out to me the very next day regarding the issues I have been experiencing. Derek took full accountability for the mishaps and offered a few solutions to make things right. Thank you Derek for going above and beyond to make me feel valued as your customer and take the time to educate your team on how to execute professionalism in a better way. I appreciate you.
This place is truly going down hill, simply because of who they choose to make the face of their company. It's so important of who you put as the face for your company. It could either grow it or bring it straight to the ground. I am a very loyal customer of Marcos Pizza and come here at least twice a week to give my business. The level of unprofessionalism that comes from their GM, Briana, is ridiculous. How inconsiderate is it to snatch a paying customers food from them and tell them to find a another store to go to and come back for your food all because your establishment does not have $30 to give in change. Briana was rude, nonchalant, inconsiderate that i had my children with me, and even yelled from across the establishment while trying to converse vs having respect enough to come to the counter to handle the issue. Mention to you, there are no signs posted, nothing online, nor is this stated on the phone prior to a customer coming for their order. Not only that, but the level of inconsistencies their location carries is also very unprofessional. One day they honor military and then they don't, somedays they don't honor orders online and change the price in store, etc. Whats even more dememaning, is when you ask for clarification, there is no accountability, but a simple "I dont make the rules". I will never give this location my business again. No customer wants to dine at a place where they're treated as a number vs valued. Out of all the places many customers pass, they decided to stop at your establishment and give you their business. It's the principle. I would highly suggest taking your...
Read moreIf I could rate this place again, I would rate them negative review -0. (Why?) I have over 18 years of experience in the pizza industry. I basically can run that store by myself. My mom was assistant manager at Mr.Gatti's on lakeshore in the Riverbend shopping center for 21 years, Mr. Gatti's pizza for the people that remember that place, my mom was the light skin lady named Gloria she worked 8-4:30 for 21 years as assistant manager. I cut fresh produce, I know to make dough from scatch, pizza sauce. I have just the amount of experience delivering pizza, wings, salads, and pasta. After my brief interview I was told I needed to a background check to be a delivery driver. To be fast food pizza delivery boy,I know passed the background check was I haven't been in any trouble for over 10 year. I was told personally by the CEO on the phone ,that he doesn't want me working at any of his locations which includes China Springs, Woodway and Bellmead loop 340. I'm over qualified for the position or to work any position in 1 of 3 of his stores. What does that mean? I know my skill set is 1 of kind,I'm a very hard worker,I just wish I was giving an equal opportunity to shine. The crazy part about it is,I still want to work there, cause it's about 5 minutes from my house. That would be an easy...
