McCullar's Irish Pub - North — Restaurant in Arlington

So I visited this place on 8/23....the waitress who called herself PEACHES decided to add a $20.00 tip to my credit card bill at the end of the night. I called the bar on 8/25 when I noticed and left a message with a female who said she would give the owner Darell the message. It's 9/7 and he hasn't contacted me or called me. However the same day I called to complain 8/25 around 7pm the waitress who decided to tip herself called me from her personal cell phone to say she did charge me a $20 tip on "accident". She also stated the girl I left a message with gave her my personal information to reach. So to the owner these are the type of people you have working for you? I have not gotten the $20 charge corrected and the owner has not reached out probably because he isn't getting the message that his waitress is a thief unfortunately for her I wasn't drunk that night. Be careful no telling how many other times this has happened to anyone who may have gone to this place. I called again today trying to speak with the owner but was met with a lot of attitude from a female named Kristen she only stopped her attitude when she was told I had been calling to get this resolved and I am recording the calla cause no one is helping me with this issue. new staff is terrible. shot pours are about half of what other bars in area pour, its not cheap either. and the door guy locks the door so he can get his big butt home asap, i get off work at 1:30 am most of the time so its always been troublesome to make it to any bar before last call. til i found mccullars, i went here anough that they understood and threw me a break on the time now and then. but tonight is the 3rd time ive gotten there before 1:45a and door was locked. im tired of wasting my gas to try to get there before last call just so employees can take the easy/lazy road and not earn my regular business as ive been a regular for over a year now. wont happen again. mccullars “irish” pub wont be getting another dime from me. this place used to be great, no wonder they are empty now days on days that usually would be a packed parking lot. damn shame. dont see this location lastibg...

The waitress steal your card. I ordered food at the bar, gave the waitress my card for payment and waited at the bar. 15 mins passed and she still hadn't come back with my card. An hour passed and nothing, so I asked another waitress at the bar, and she tells me that the other one is looking for me. My response is, I've been standing right here. The manager was notified and every employee there looked for her and she was no where to be found. Keep in mind, I haven't gotten my food or my card it had been 2 hours at that point. She finally appeared and tell me she gave me back my card, and instead of keep going back and forth, I asked her where was I when she gave me my card and her response was, she didn't remember.
