Moe's Espresso — Restaurant in Arlington

I’m so disappointed in Moes. I went earlier today and asked for 2 coffees light ice, my coffee is packed with ice, it’s beyond awful. Not only did I ask for light ice, but I emphasized it and asked for light ice 3 separate times. The last time saying “just please please make sure it’s light ice” the lady who helped me assured me she would make my drink with light ice. She did not. I’m very disappointed. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened, it’s happened to my husband before as well. I gave them another chance because I thought maybe the first time was just a fluke, but apparently not. I went to Moes because it’s close to my house, but with these disappointing experiences I will NEVER go back. I rather drive a little further and go to Gourmet Latte in Smokey point. They really listen to what you ask for, and always make...

I go to this coffee stand fairly frequently and always get the same thing. Today I pulled up and nobody was at the window but the sign said “open” so I decided to sit and wait for a minute. I could hear people talking but I was nervous to yell out and try to get someone’s attention (I was the only person in line) after a few minutes the baristas noticed I was there. Once I received my order I could immediately tell something was wrong. The drink was 100% the wrong flavor. Even the color of the drink was off. I get this drink all the time from this stand so I KNOW it’s wrong. I back up my car and tried to explain that it really didn’t taste right. They tried to tell me it was “because of the cream” and didn’t offer to remake. I’m really really disappointment because I love moes but it’s not worth a $6 drink being made wrong and not great...

My favorite coffee stand. They used to be painfully slow but in the last few years they have become an efficient and quick stand without sacrificing quality or price.

The true test of any coffee place is how good their roast is when served black, and Moe's is the absolute best in the area. Everyone I know recognizes Moe's as the first choice for coffee in downtown Arlington so the lines can be long, but I'd rather wait 10 minutes for a good cup than go anywhere else!

Cheaper than Starbucks but middle range for a coffee stand. Well worth the extra fifty cents over any local competitor though and they are cheaper than a few others...
