Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Arlington

So to start off it took the lady close to 5 minutes I was timing just to get the number nine which is a five piece tender spicy with barbecue sauce and french fries this lady continually ask what did I want after I stated it numerous times to her then I continued by ordering more things and my whole order basically was wrong and the lady nothing against anything but if you going to work a drive-thru we need to at least at least speak enough well enough in the microphone so we can hear you talking and also if someone repeats their order and they tell you I want Hi-C and a strawberry Fanta don't give the customer or orange Fanta and a high c I am from New Orleans I love Popeyes I came here with my son to get him something to eat and he cried and threw a fit because he didn't like the food and his drink was wrong and I'm not one to put comments on things but the service here it needs to get it together like due to the fact I seen the reviews three stars and the way I got treated I had to say something and put my two cents in and I feel like management needs to tighten up these people need to be more attentive to their order taken skills and that's it like I didn't get none of my sauces I got two drinks with one straw and one two drinks was wrong so how did that happen you know but I mean other than that we're still hungry and we're looking for another Popeyes so if y'all are on pioneer Street and you want Popeyes if you want to be hungry and waste some money cuz you know the expensive yeah don't come to this Popeyes not until they get new management I hope all of y'all become...

1st visit i arrived at 9:17 there was cars in the drive thru so i went inside. As soon as the door opened a person in regular clothes shouted "were closed" i continued walkin in as i didnt realize she was talking to me. She then walked over to me trying to escort me out the door talking about " we havent locked the doors were closed. " i asked "do u work here ?" Waking past her to the register. the cashier tryed to hide and i yelled excuse me are yall closed? They peeked around the corner and nodded. I said yall should do something about this person in your lobby. They laughed.

2nd visit i went with 5 people. Cashier kept sayin" were out " everything on the menu i asked for. Cashier was VERY unknowable. Got our food after waiting very long time. Some of the chicken was spicy some wasn't but it was all mixed. The kids got spicy since non of it was specified. Some were cold. We got 2 orders of fries and only got 1. When we told the cashier she said "the order of fries was bigger nd put in 1 trey, " meaning we were soposta share. (WTF?!) The dr pepper, coke and other drink were out. I told the cashier and she said we know, no one knows how to change it. Tea tasted like that tea urn had never seen a sponge and soap. They had no sauces. I was only given 2 pakets of ketchup for a large order, when asked for more i got attitude. Like it was an inconvenience to reach right under the counter were u were 3 seconds ago. No napkins. No biscuits. No high chairs. No clean tables. Trash overflowing. Restroom was horrid....

WORST POPEYES LOCATION EVER. Avoid this Popeyes at all costs, the incredibly RUDE and INCOMPETENT employees obviously hate their job. Tonight my boyfriend and I decided to try Popeyes for the first time after a long flight to Dallas. We got to the drive through and waited in silence for 5 minutes with a line of cars behind us. When we finally were able to order the employee took an extra 5 minutes to take our order making us repeat our order 3 times to the point where cars were honking at us. It’s not that she didn’t understand what we were saying, she literally just couldn’t punch it in fast enough I guess. During that time every single thing we tried to order they were “out of”, even French fries which I’m sure they just didn’t want to take the time to make. Once we FINALLY were done ordering we get to the drive through where we were ignored for another 5-10 minutes. The awful employee finally brought our food out and informed us that they were out of the sides we ordered so she just put in what they had available. She asked us if that was “ok” and we said no but that didn’t change the fact that they were out of everything that we already paid for. We expressed our dissatisfaction and she literally said “I’m sorry we are terrible” and slammed the window shut.
