I wish i can give 000 star, worse place neverseen. Don't do bday party here. Pay more than 300 only give you 3 table for 2 hours i did ask them to want more table for sit because they not give us any table for put on the food, so i have to pay extra 1 table for put on the food only.and they charge me almost 300$ more at the end of the party.so i have to pay more than $600 for only 2 HOURS ONLY,for They said because i have more adults and sit at more table, even the table have nobody sit there even i did ask them ur charge more if i have more adults they say NO, they said only count for the kid ,staff so rude,just seat and count the people for charge extra money, party size 15 kid and 15 adult only, you have to pay more if you have more people to come. And BECARFUL don't seat different table because they will count the table you seat and charge more.they do not let you know right away just wait untill the party done so they can make more money. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY TO COME HERE NOT...

The playground itself is a fun concept and relatively clean, but the experience was overwhelming due to how crowded it was (especially on a Sunday). The wide age range (up to 12 years old) made it challenging for younger toddlers to play safely, as older kids a bit more aggressive with little supervision.

What concerned me the most was the lack of security measures—there’s nothing stopping kids from exiting the building, and the staff were not attentive to what was happening nor did they seem to care. It’s definitely harder to keep track of your own kids when it’s this crowded.

For the price, I’ve been to other indoor playgrounds that offer better supervision and a safer environment. If you’re bringing younger children, I’d recommend visiting during...

My mom called to ask for pricing as we have never been to this location before and was told the price. We get to the location and the 2 attendants were a bit rude, they said that grippy socks were required something that was not told to mom when she called. No big deal because it’s just 2$ a pair but if it was communicated to us we would have brought our own. And when we told these girls that they just had a bit of an attitude and when I suggested that we should be advised when people call for prices that should be mentioned she did not seem to accept constructive criticism.
