Burger King — Restaurant in Arlington

I placed an order for delivery on their website, not one of the delivery companies! The order was delivered 30 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered, but it wasn't delivered. I called the location and was told that they don't have anything to do with delivery, and if I didn't receive it, I need to call the third-party delivery service. OK, I can understand, so I asked which company they used, and she said she didn't know! I asked if I gave her the order number could she tell which company I needed to call, she said no. I asked if they just give orders to anyone? She said yes, they just line up and get the orders. So now I have to call each delivery company to find which one picked up my order! I was that since I didn't place the order through their website they have nothing to do with payment. What?!!! I learned my lesson don't order for delivery at this BKBURGER KING #24443 Address: 2302 E PIONEER PKWY, ARLINGTON, TX 76010 !

I paid using PayPal so I am working with them to receive a refund....

If I could give less than a star, it would be this place. I get to the drive through and order 4 different combos: A Whopper Jr medium combo with an orange soda, A Whopper Meal add bacon/cheese and mustard no mayo, large with a sprite, a Chicken Fries Meal large with a sprite, and a Spicy Chicken combo no white sauce, only spicy saucelarge with a sprite. They tell me to pull to the window…before I gave them my money, I had them repeat my order back to me. It was still incorrect so I had to tell them again. Get home and my order is still wrong. I go back to the same store because I’m missing my chicken fries and my chicken sandwich has the white sauce on it. I didn’t even bother checking the whopper meal because I specifically said NO MAYO, with MUSTARD. They corrected my items and I went back home. Finally get to sit down and eat and my whopper has mayo on it😡. I am so livid because I m so hungry and I’ve already been twice. I’m taking it back tomorrow. I can’t get them on the phone but I’m asking...

I hate I deleted my reviews for this store‼️ I did it for the day shift manager only. However be careful because family and friends work together and don’t mind antagonizing you by keeping your burger cold, or warming everything except for the buns which is nasty straight out of the pack cold. The customer service needs to step up in a major way‼️ it’s really sad that the manger which does deserve to be pissed at how her staff represent her if she’s not around or has her back turned. They need to think about her instead of me being a picky customer, doesn’t everyone have the right to get their food, exactly how they like it? 🤯 Sorry to the day shift manager you’ll get a team that will represent you in a good way to all customers and not just some.
