What’s ruining this place ?

1. Owner lady is Rude with customers/seems to be moody all the time and not professional
2. food gives head aches from over msg
3. small portion size
4. seems like ppl, staff, owners friends are just hanging out in the dining area chilling like a lounge which makes customers feel weird like it’s their office to gossip loudly
5. watery bubble tea (owner ranted negatively about ppl not knowing the difference between smoothie and bubble tea, that’s not professional or a good experience for me as a customer you can explain in a nice way without negative gossip towards customers)
6. restaurant is playing tv sounds with basic tables and messy bar area definitely not inviting at all, guys clean up your place be more organized out front, make it smell clean and pretty and play some nice soft music.

Change out the management guys or get a real manager, it will cost you more money to loose more business. restaurant business is hard going on here to argue with customers about their bad experiences isn’t going to bring more ppl. Ppl want to see this place win but not if the owner lady is not going to open her eyes...

While other Thai restaurants had raised their price, Rien Tong is cheap and gives large portion. Ladna is $14 to $18. This restaurant is only $12. I took metro from Rockville to Ft Myer by CLARENDON METRO. I looked for a restaurant. I read all bad reviews first. I came in. Wow! It is perfect and delicious. I'm Thai Chinese and I give both dood or bad to Thai restaurants without prejudice.

This is a Hong Kong Thai style restaurant. Food is both Chinese and Thai. The owner is very polite and friendly.

This is a very nice family dining atmosphere. Music is low range that you can bring friends or family to dine in and enjoy conversation.

Some Thai food is made so you can add your own favor to your own taste. I can't eat spicy food. Ladna is sweet sour and lille salty. You tell them if you don't want sugar or whatever.

You see Thai, Chinese, or Vietnamese restaurants offer condiments on the table for you. My ladna tastes perfect that I don't need to add anything. It is rare to find a Thai restaurant cook ladna perfectly. 😋
