Tea was brewed too strong and it was pretty loud in there. My friend and I had a hard time carrying on conversation. We understand that you gotta use the blender for every other order so that wasn't the issue - the dance club music was blaring. Far from the tranquility of a traditional tea house which is what we were hoping to find in this little place. I give it 2 stars only because the customer service was good. They added water to our drinks to help with the strength. So even though I thought that the tea was over brewed and too strong, at least he did try to be accommodating with our drinks the only way he knew how. I think the staff just needs to learn how to make good tea. I had the jasmine green tea and my friend had the regular green tea.
