Italy Pasta Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Arlington

The place looks a little hole-in-the-wall from the outside, and our table did have a bit of a wobble to it, but in this case, the looks are quite deceiving! This place has excellent food. Very satisfying, large portions, delicious flavor, and the food was piping hot (in the fresh-off-the-grill kind of way, not the sitting-under-a-heat-lamp way!).

The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean and tidy on the inside. The restroom (ladies) was clean too (pro tip though- the single stall in there doesn't have a door, so maybe go ahead and lock the knob while in use).

I'm an Alfredo junkie, and while it's a little on the thin side when it first comes out, that's only because it's so freakin' hot! Once it cools down a bit, it thickens up real nice. The consistency and flavor are great!

My husband ordered the stromboli, one of his favorite Italian dishes, and it was packed full of the toppings he ordered and plenty of cheese. Just a bit of only crust at the ends, but that's pretty normal. It's very hard to get a stromboli with toppings all the way to the corners and still have it seal properly.

The service was prompt, attentive, and very kind. We never had to ask for anything, and he even brought me a little to-go box right when I was thinking I might need one!

I didn't think ahead to take pictures, but I will next time! Just know that the pictures already posted here are not deceiving- it does look a little second-hand from the outside, but it's pleasant inside and those portions REALLY are that big.

So much bang for your buck, it's definitely worth a visit!

This is by far thee worst experience I’ve ever had!!!! I placed an order for pickup through the website… I sent my sister to pick the order up because I was at work.. my sister was told that if she didn’t have the zing app she couldn’t pick up my order (although she had the order number, my name and phone number) Then to add insult to injury they asked her leave the restaurant!! 😳😳 So I call the restaurant directly and the man on the phone argued me up and down that my order was door dash and I told him that I ordered for pick up.. he kept saying that my order for Robin … I told him that my name wasn’t Robin… so then he says what’s your name again? I tell him and now he’s stuttering… so he puts me on hold and come back to the phone to tell me that I’m the only one who could see pick my order up because people steal other people’s food 🤔🤔 How?? So I requested a refund through Zing and called customer service.. The pizza was great, service is not. I ordered from this restaurant for pick up several times and all was good until I decided to come in and eat at the restaurant. They have one waitress only and she is not attentive to the customers and takes forever to check on them for refills on the drinks or anything they need. The first time I ate in the restaurant she had 3 tables including us to serve so, I thought it was just because it was a lot for her but the second time we went in, it was empty and her service was worse than the last one.She sat on her phone and talking to someone who was there with her the whole time, I had to get up to go ask the cooks for a to go box as well as the check and she would come to the table only if I waived her to come. Terrible customer service. I would not come back to eat inside ever again, only take outs I would recommend!
