EDIT: After the management response I came back today to give them another chance and the experience was completely different.

Great, friendly service from today's staff and the croissant was hot, fresh, delicious and brought out on a plate.

Flat white was served tableside in a ceramic mug and was perfect.

Glad they responded as I am always open to a second chance. Had a great morning here and will come back anytime I back in Arlington.

Visiting Arlington and stopped by for breakfast. Could not have been more disappointed.

Ordered a flat white and a ham and cheese croissant to stay and eat. Gentlemen behind the counter could not have been ruder and more dismissive. Acted like he was doing me a favor.

Pulled the croissant out of the case, threw it in the bag and handed it to me. I politely asked if it could be heated up and he gave me a dirty look. He begrudgingly placed in the microwave for like 5 seconds and gave it back to me, in the bag, despite me being clear I was eating in.

Had to eat it off a napkin, and it was still cold and as a result rather gross. Threw it away.

The flat white was okay, but the experience was just awful and I certainly would never come back here. Stay away, too many other options...

My boyfriend and I had been going to roggenarg regularly over the summer and then slowed down when it got colder. Tiday was our first day back after a few months and we found it to be a very different experience. The sandwich I usually get was much smaller than it had been in the past, and despite there being no line there was a long wait time to order while employees stood in the back chatting and on their phones. My coffee order was also incorrect. We got a cookie to share and it was so sickly sweet that it was inedible. It was a red velvet cookie, but smelled and tasted artificial and like fruity pebbles. Staff were also not bussing or cleaning tables that had been long left by customers. One table was dirty the entire 45 minute duration of our visit, tables were left unbiased for so long we watched customers enter and leave without ordering because there was no place to sit. When we ordered and said our order would be for here, the person taking our order seemed surprised and said "you could find a table?". I've enjoyed eating here in the past and hope their standards go back up...

Cozy coffee shop to do some work or just relax. Love the variety of baked goods they offer, even the raisin bread I don't find in any American store that i like. Although not perfect, the cappuccino they make is the best one I've tasted in the area because at least here they do a good mix of coffee to milk instead of doing a milk heavy one like other local coffee shops. Their Reuben panini was good, although nothing amazing, like some seasoning that would bring out the flavor. Crispy bread with melted cheese, caramelized onions, and mushrooms. I tried to do some work so I asked for the wifi password but manager said it has been changed recently so she's waiting for an answer from the wifi admin, which is kinda strange since you're responsible for knowing the password for a place that's intended for that but I digress. If you're looking for a place to have a cup of coffee and bakeries while working from home, then this place is great given it's hidden and the building has been vacant for over 3 years so it's mostly empty during the day for those who don't like busy busy...
