1st timer. Cucumber Mint lemonade is good. Not overly sweet but sweet enough. Greek wrap. Yum. Very flavorful. Kinda salty with all the olives. I'll tell them light olives next time. The greek dressing was great. Best I've ever tasted. Service was just fine too no complaints there thankfully. . . After trying 3 different items this week.... So on second thought with the olives in the wrap they don't put that many on there so maybe they should just consider chopping up the olives instead so it's not as salty with each bite. I also found three pits inside of mine so I don't know if they normally chop them or this day the person just didn't feel like chopping them but I was surprised to bite into a pit. Now on to the two salads that I also tried. I got the Autumn salad with the brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes and balsamic vinaigrette and the Thai salad with the peanut dressing both were very good. I would say the thai is my least favorite. the Autumn one is good however I wish they roasted the brussel sprouts but they appear to just be raw. I don't really care for raw brussel sprouts even though they are like little small cabbages and I'm fine eating raw chopped cabbage. I really wished that they at least roasted them that would take it up a few notches but all in all I really like this place. I definitely recommend. All the dressings oneach item are good but that greek one SHEESH yummmm. Oh I also really like they give you a large enough Bowl to put the dressing on the salad and shake it all up so that it's distributed evenly especially when you don't use the entire package of dressing because that can raise the calories of the salad by quite a bit. Because of the fat content in each dressing be careful. They do have nutrition facts on their website. The pack of dressing you get is considered 2.5 services...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible customer service sums up my first and last experience at this location. I go to salad and go multiple times a week because it's typically fast, healthy, and inexpensive. After placing an online order, I sat in the drive-thru line behind 4 other cars to pick it up. When I notified the callbox that I was there for an online order (which should have been ready by that time according to the online pick up time), I was told to go to the mobile pick up window (I would've done this had I seen it upon arrival). However, when I asked if I could just pick it up at the window, I received no response. After waiting for several cars in front of me to get their orders, I advised again to go wait in another line.
Another employee came to the window and told me they can't do anything because the order isn't ready and told me to go to another line. When I asked for assistance canceling the order I was told there was nothing she could do. We went back and forth for about 90 seconds before she asked another employee for her cell phone so she could call the police to remove me from the line. Completely unnecessary! While she was telling me to leave, my order was already completed (I was at the window for less than 3 minutes) before she finally handed it over. I didn't even eat it out of fear of retaliation from such unpleasant employees.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis used to be my favorite Salad and Go. Great customer service, quick. Unfortunately, just like other locations, it's changed for the worse.
Recently the Grand Prairie location (which is closer to me and has horrible customer service) changed their chicken meat to this weird tasting, pink colored, ribmeat textured mystery meat. After one taste I threw mine away, but my daughter ate hers and felt nauseous for the rest of the day.
I came back to this Arlington location because I couldn't even finish my GP salad the previous day. When they handed the salad to me, it looked great but had that weird new pink mystery meat chicken instead of the white chicken breast they have used for years. I asked for a refund IMMEDIATELY.
The guy at the window told me that this is the new chicken that all of the Salad and Go restaurants have switched to.
First the restaurant gets rid of the best lemonade they have (rip blueberry basil) and replaces it with a synthetic tasting, watered down, flavorless flop (that is not spicy at all). Then the proportions get cut in half at all locations. Now, pink mystery meat chicken made from leftover chicken parts that nobody wants, all mashed together. It's like the pink slime version of chicken.
Not sure why they decided to self-sabotage but they've officially lost me as a...
