Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Arlington

My husband is a fan of the food here and I was unfamiliar so he wanted me to experience it. Upon entering we immediately hear employees arguing loudly which never ceased the whole time and was continuing as we left . They were in the front area so everyone could hear. Because they were distracted orders were being messed up. Our order included chicken quesadilla we hadn't requested but were told to keep and they forget to add our chips. Not sure who didn't get the quesadilla but others after us were also missing things. Thankfully the young man at the drive thru came to the counter to take our order because the three women didn't stop bickering long enough. My husband enjoyed his enchilada plate and I liked my shrimp street taco ( the only kind that they still had so I had no choice! ) They were also out of Dr pepper . My big ol'burrito however was not assembled well and difficult to eat. The flour tortilla was loosely wrapped and the ingredients were separated on different ends thus not enjoyed in the same bite as I normally expect and want. We had to wipe down a table to sit at because they all had food debris on them. The drink area had straw paper and other debris. Anna store manager today 4/29/19 at about 12:54am, order taken, paid, given no receipt and Anna was unknowledgeable, rude, and her staff (guy who looks like a miniature tellie tubby) is unsanitary..I work IN Health care, pregnant and hungry at this time... dude went from mopping and handling money to attempting to prepare some of my food withOUT any gloves or handwashing (IN SERVICE ALERT) I asked for jalapenos on side and no guacamole. I get my food and it's a load of guacamole right in center and no jalapenos in the whole restuarant...returned bagged order to staff and I requested a refund: me: "just give me a refund" anna: "give me receipt" me: "the guy didnt issue one" Anna: "I cant give u refund unless I have a receipt" at this point I see ignorance at its highest levels so I simply state "just give me ur corporate number" ANNA states: I DONT KNOW IT U HAVE TO GO ONLINE AND GET IT"!!! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE THAT SELLS TACOS IVE EVER VISITED, TACO TRUCKS AT THE CURBSIDE IS MUCH BETTER.... ITS 112AM IM NOW BACK HOME, WILL ATTEMPT TO CALL CORPORATE AND GET REFUND WILL...

This store is going further and further down hill. First of all, the road sign and signs on the building are burned out. I've worked in retail for years, that's a clear sign of mis-management. (If the sign is burned out, no one can find you from the road) the order screen in the drive thru has been out for months, and now the food quality has gone to hell. I just ordered a quesadilla and the chicken was dry and cheese was dry, as if the quesadilla had been pre-made and sitting out for a long time. The muchaco was unedible, hard and cold. And the party tacos were the smallest I've ever seen. All 4 of them, much smaller than normal, like mini, bite size tacos. This store is 2 blocks from my house, but I just can't do it anymore. It wreaks of bad management, poor building upkeep, bad food. You can't overcome bad management. I'm sure it won't be long before this store falls completely apart....
