I am not a person that usually posts reviews but this I felt necessary. We went out for the dine out for officer O'Connor and went here because they were donating the biggest percentage. Worst experience I have personally had in a restaurant. They were bot overly busy to be honest, I have been to places much busier on a normal day. It took over an hour 2 receive the 2 sandwiches and fries we ordered. This was after I asked about our order because a couple of people that ordered behind us got their food before us. The girl rudely told me oh well it must have gotten out of order. Another 10 minutes goes by and we get our sandwiches but no fries. I then ask for our fries, another 5 minutes goes by and she brings out a plate of fries and said well we just combined your orders of fries and walks away. No silverware or extra napkins were offered, we had to ask someone else for silverware. I would completely understand if they were massively swamped considering what tonight was for but they were by far not overwhelmed. The what I assume was the owner put a sign on their door saying they could not accept anymore customers because they were too busy. A customer literally stepped out of the pick up line and went to the bar and bought a 6 pack of beer and was handing them out to other customers that were in line and waiting for the extremely out of control waiting. Not once did anyone come by and ask if we needed anything or nothing. It was our first and last visit. Which is disappointing because the...
Read moreOur family loves Bellacino’s pizza, and frequent the JeffCo location in Arnold. We have come to view managers Alyssa and Brian as friends due to their exceptional hospitality in caring for our large family during our visits. Real decent folks!
The pizza itself is delicious. I’m not normally a big fan of supreme pizzas but their “Pride” version of supreme is made with such fresh ingredients, I’ve come to even crave it and their parmesan breadsticks are also top notch. This location has a touch screen soda fountain which is convenient for quick refills.
When you can find them, they also publish great coupons which help with the cost, in some local circulars. We did sign up for their app, which allows you to accumulate points for money spent on each visit, and this ultimately gives cash discounts on future orders. Their app definitely still needs to incorporate their flyer coupons though, to help bigger families like ours in these expensive times. Help us out Bellacino’s! 😁
In all seriousness, Bellacino’s JeffCo is our favorite local pizza spot. Love the food & love the management. A+ from the...
Read moreHad an absolutely horrible experience multiplied by 1000. Ordered our food over the phone at 7:05. Was told it would be a 40 min wait. We arrived at 7:45 and paid the $30 for our meal. Waited another 20 mins to be told that they were out of the nachos that I ordered. After we had already waited an hour total, we weren’t willing to wait any more for anything else to be made so we asked for a full refund and Gianna declined. She said she couldn’t give us a refund on everything because “they called us to tell us they were out of the nachos and we didn’t answer.” And could only refund the nachos and was very professional about the whole thing. WE HAD ALREADY BEEN WAITING IN LINE AND PAID FOR OUR FOOD WHEN THEY CALLED and they called us at 7:55. 50 minutes after we ordered our food. Get some employees who know customer service and don’t have all immature high schoolers running your establishment on a Friday night. I do not like complaining, I work retail and know how crazy things can get on weekends, but the way the manager Gianna handled everything left us without an appetite. Won’t be...
