I got my hair done 1/12/21 which was my birthday to make matters worse. Being a stylist myself I had told the girl I wanted to transition back to blonde from red which I KNOW will make your hair brassy the first few highlights. The girl took 2 and a half hours to foil my hair where most of that time foiling was spent doing the back quad of my hair. She toned it. Dried it and then said āthe back is a bit lighter than the frontā BUT NEVER SHOWED ME THE BACK and to me that meant the back lifted a few levels lighter than the front but no she meant that the back was a completely different color than the front.. as you can tell from the pictures you can split my hair in half and see 2 completely different colors. The top looks great and highlighted meanwhile the back looks like I basically got an all over bleach. If I didnāt have layers I MIGHT be able to hide this better but sadly I have layers and thereās no way to make it not look like I have completely jacked up hair. I will now have to pay to have someone fix this mess. The salon is telling me there is absolutely nothing wrong with the color but the 3 other stylist I have talked to at other salons completely disagree.. There is no need for someoneās hair to not blend as badly as mine does. Their solution is a toner which will only change the TONE of the hair not the blend of the top to bottom of my hair. And a deep conditioning treatment (which they claim the damage in my hair isnāt due to the highlight that was left on my hair for HOURS longer than it should have been and the only hair that is breaking is the blonde that was done) which i can completely do myself considering I am licensed. At this point as a salon I would REFUND the service if it looks this bad and unblended but they donāt want to offer that as a solution and keep saying āper our color policyā which i was never informed of. But I guess I will be going somewhere else to spend even more money thanks to these so called āsolutionsā. They have since blocked me on their Facebook page and continue to argue about a color policy which i was never informed of until i messaged them AFTER my hair was ruined. 10/10 do not recommend. Now I will be spending hundreds at another salon to have the disaster fixed and no chance of getting a refund. Not very professional...
