Century Credit Union — Local services in Arnold Township

I have been with my other bank for almost 19 years, I'm obviously not going to name them, but I'm ex military and it is a popular bank/insurance that many military members use. I originally established with Century CU so that I had a local bank with real people that I could speak with in person. The very first thing I noticed was the hospitality, most would rate this as their personal service, but for me, hospitality meets the definition much better. They are very very welcoming, very kind and for me, quite relatable. After being with one financial institution for so long, I just became accustomed to that type of service. My experience with Century has been far above and beyond my expectations and experience.

Best thing I can ask myself is why did I wait so long? My bankers are also my neighbors, at heart that is how it feels. I don't have to use the app or call in as being my only options with zero real interaction. Not only that, Century assisted me when the bank I have been with for over 18 years wouldn't.

I have banked with Century for over 42 years when they were on Lemay Ferry in Lemay, MO. They have always worked to earn and keep my business. Their services and rates are much better than commercial banks and I find their employees friendly, helpful, and expert. The Credit Union concept is to keep our money local and loan it to locals. The Arnold Branch is always an outstanding resource. Becky is an example of an valuable, very helpful employee. She has assisted our family with financial instruments and notery service.
