THEE place to go! A Nashville style live music venue with great live music and other events. The staff are absolutely fantastic and take great care of their customers. I enjoyed the food there as well. They have a diverse menu. Everything from appetizers to entrees. Personally I really enjoyed the burnt ends, which you can get in a wrap or in a bowl. Since I also play in a band, Captain's hosted us and took care of everything we needed and then some. Great atmosphere, fantastic crowd, above top notch staff and overall phenomenal atmosphere. I can't give it 6 stars because that's not an option, but I certainly would if I could!

Person swang and started a fight with us. Bartenders kicked us out instead of the one that started it. They even called the cops and had my brother arrested for self defense. Bar tenders aggressively pushed us out causing me to fall down the stairs and hurting my spine. Now i have a injured spine with vertebrae out of place. Over all rude and never going back to this place. These were the bartenders that were being aggressive.

Our server was so lovely and attentive. The atmosphere is also great! The views on the rooftop are nice and it's a fun spot to relax or get started for the night.

The Sound Guy is super awesome guy who makes every band in here sound like rock stars, the bartenders always keep the fridges stocked and the beer cold and the food is amazing. Captains is a must go for any party whether it's a Bachelorette/Girls Nightor a Bachelor / Guys Night or if you just want to get out and enjoy great Music and a nice cold one. The Three levels add to the experience too. The floor and the mezzanine are inside and you can get the band and bar experience but can be crowded at times, or you can head up to the Roof Top and enjoy a few with the guys in a "sitting by the fire" experience in the newly remodeled and GORGEOUS roof top bar. At the top you have a spectacular veiw of the East Lake...

Captain's is a pretty neat place that has greatly improved over the years. It is a 3 layered bar, with a dance floor and stage on the bottom inside and a lofted bar that goes fairly deep and overlooks the stage. Then they have a rooftop bar that is mostly exposed to the outside elements with fireplaces at many tables. Concerts are great here because it is such a close-knit atmosphere and they do get some good names. My only complaint is that they keep tables on the bottom floor during concerts, and this makes moving frustrating and limits the space people can stand. Plus, nobody can enjoy sitting at those tables because they are constantly being pushed into by...
