The menu and the register prices do not match any of the menu items. I didn't complain about this at the counter because it wasn't that big a difference. I am merely adding it to make the staff aware so it can be corrected. On our $56 order, we were charged an additional $2.73 before tax that the menu reflected different prices for. This is not the true reason for the poor review though. On January 4th at about 11pm the lady working dropped a churro on the floor for our order and then picked it up off of the floor and placed it into the fryer. We notified the guy who took our order, and it seems that he didn't understand what we said cause he looked for it on the floor, and she said she threw it in the trash. He looked in the trash and didn't find it but said he'd make 2 new ones cause he couldn't find the one that fell. (Obviously it can't be found because she fried it anyway...) probably should have paid more attention to them bagging the food because they may have still given us the one that fell on the floor. I say this because I could see them all wrapped on the counter. Things like this don't happen by accident, which is a major food safety concern and should be addressed with the employee accordingly by whoever the manager of this...

We have been a regular customers since first week of this restaurant opened. We eat at this restaurant almost 3-4 times a week. There is a guy 5.6 ft was working and we were super tired and made order of $110+ tax and he suddenly decided close the restaurant and told us that we cannot dine in. I told him “amigo” dont play us dirty we have been working all day long and there’s no way we are going to waste your time and we see sign of “open 24 hrs” and its 11:20pm or you should have mentioned it earlier before taking this order, that we are not able to dine in. We asked for only 10-15 minutes of dine in and said please allow us to dine in and we can even help you clean up later on and he just said I will call cops on you and I will have to cancel your order if you don’t listen to me. And fried cheese cake was amazing also the chip and queso and my daughter loved her cheese quesadilla. Pop was alittle outrageous in price because I can buy a bottle in my home town at the restaurant here for 1.75 for the small glass bottle and gilibertos charges 4.50 for a small glass bottle but it completes the meal my kids think lol also I ordered a fried cheese cake right away and he repeated it but never put it on my order so I had to reorder it. And I ordered a 1/2 order of nachos and was charged for a full order. I didn't complain or ask for them to make it right because let's be honest those nachos were fire! They were so darn good I still will definitely be back and I still will definitely recommend them to anyone! Great food.
