This BWW needs serious work. I live nearby and have ordered to go a lot but have only eaten inside 2 times here. Def won’t again, first red flag was the place was disgusting- like things that hadn’t been cleaned in weeks if not months, not a regular shift that was busy and got gross, I get that I worked in bars/restaurants for over a decade. This was straight filth in common areas like bathroom stalls and the chairs and condiments. Either way we sat down, it was semi busy for football, and we ordered 2 cocktails, 2 waters, and split a bunch of wings. Drank the drinks they were good then a food runner brought our food she was super nice, but we were never spoken to again after that. We needed more waters and drinks 2 wings in cause we waited a while for the food which is no problem. But we were first high top by bar so the bartender walked past us multiple times and saw empty cups and ignored us. I’ve been in the weeds before and I get it, it stinks but I think the real problem is the manager. I at least assume he’s the manager cause he had the nice BWW shirt on. When your staff is in the weeds you help them bus, fill waters, get checks, whatever. He walked super slowly past us and I tried to catch eye contact to ask him but he literally seemed so out of touch he’d walk through the bar tables staring at the tv - not looking at tables - he was awkwardly walking super slowly like he didn’t know what he’s supposed to do while his bartender is drowning. He does a lap then after helping her in no way stands at the bar and watched tv. Then they spill something behind the bar and the girls are scrambling to clean with a mop and he helps in no way. Just goes in the back and don’t see him again. You can see him pictured. Idk it was a mess. Since we received our food and were out of water and cocktails we sat there with dishes and empty cups in front of us for over 30 minutes. Lmk when place is under new management...
Read moreThe food is good. The drinks are good. The service is lethargic and uninterested in being there apparently (at times). But the biggest problem is the satellite television system I suppose. Every Sunday that we've been there this season, we requested they put a particular game on, and it usually takes a half hour to an hour for the manager to figure out how to program the game. They have about 50 TVs but they only usually have three or four games on. In other words, most of the televisions are all showing the same game, or chess or something. Sometimes they can't even put three different games across their 50 TVs. Last Sunday they could only show two of the 3 afternoon games.
I don't know why they can't punch in different channels for different games, but apparently it's a big project, as the manager normally takes almost an hour just to change the channel for one game on one TV. He tries and works hard, but it must be complicated. Perhaps they need a new satellite TV system? Sad for a sports bar that thrives on football games, but I've never seen anything like it. Other Wild Wings that I've been to have no problem having a variety of games on different TVs throughout the bar, and if you request a particular game on a particular TV, they can do it. This place has its struggles for sure in that area unfortunately.
Other than that, it's a typical Wild Wings Place, pretty good. It's just a shame that they can't have all the games on for...
Read moreI gave one star because I had to. After being seated right away we sat for 10 mins before our drink order was taken. We were asked what we wanted, we asked for a few more mins (I guess that's our fault) but did ask for an order of onion rings and cheesesticks.30mins later I asked someone to check on our appetizers. When she finally brought the cheesesticks out, she said the kitchen had a mix up and that they had just dropped a fresh batch of onion rings. Finally after 45mins she brought us our 9 onion rings and took our order. We never saw her again after taking our order. We waited for another 45 mins for them to bring 2 of our 3 meals saying the last meal would be right out. My family was done eating before I finally told them to just box it up as I wasn't going to eat alone while the rest of my family just sat there. During this time we watched 3 tables come in and get service/food before we got ours. One table came in 15 mins after us, entire meal was served and completed before I got my meal boxed up. Once we finally got my meal my husband had to go to the counter to pay the check. While on his way, the manager turned around and walked away. Hiding in the kitchen while my husband told the young lady about our experience. Who just said, sorry we had a mix up in the kitchen. Hope the waitress is OK as she ghosted us. The manager did nothing but run from out table.but made sure to ask the tables around us how...
