Worst drive thru experience. I donāt eat fast food a lot. Iām not familiar with the mobile order options or pickup procedures. This location has divided their lanes to drive thru and mobile pickup. No matter the time of day. I originally saw the sign thinking it meant the drive thru was down and they were only processing mobile orders. So I parked to try and figure out how to order through an app. Once there I noticed a car enter the drive thru and order so I decided to try my luck and drive up to the next available lane as I would do at any fast food drive thru. I was greeted by a Michel in the normal chic fil a pleasant manor. I was asked for the name on the mobile order. I answered with I do not have a mobile order. Michael then explained that the lane I had chosen was for mobile pickup only. I asked if I could place an order since I was in lane and the options from there were limited. I was advised to either back up or wait in line and drive around and order from the correct lane. This was at 830pm on a Saturday night I was the only vehicle at the order speaker at this time. There were 3 cars waiting at the window waiting on their order. I asked Michael if he would like me to get out of my vehicle and order from the other speaker since I am here and no one is currently in the other lane. Michael advised that I can only order from inside a vehicle. I said Iām currently in my vehicle but you wonāt let me order. I then asked again if I could just order since itās not busy and this is an honest mistake that we donāt need to make more difficult unnecessarily. Michael proceeds to have the manager to come on to inform me I am in the mobile pickup lane and cannot order from there. So I was forced to pull forward wait for the vehicles in front of me to pick up their orders. I finally am able to pull all the way back around and enter the correct lane to deliver my order. Guess who greets me with the pleasant chic fil a greeting. Yep, Michael. I donāt understand why the employees on shift chose to make this an issue and inconvenience for me, the customer. Overall not a huge issue but I feel I was forced into an inconvenience because someone wanted to prove a point and make an example. Both the manager on duty and Michael are guilty of poor customer service...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreP'd off that on Thursday morning drive through they gave me a chicken burrito instead of the sausage breakfast burrito and having stopped through on my way home to Lakewood from my overnight shift in Boulder it was too late by the time I got home. I never ate the burrito because I don't like chicken on my burritos. I stopped back through this morning Saturday September 14th again after work coming from Boulder I decided to stop through and see if they would make it right and also pick up breakfast for the girls at home. I explained to the gentleman on the drive-thru intercom the order they messed up on Thursday and asked if he would just compliment me an order of tater tots for the order they messed up on Thursday to go with this morning's sausage burrito. He asked me if I had my receipt which I explained it probably got thrown away with the bag (how many people keep a fast food receipt in their pocket for 3 days?) of trash from that morning, he replied I'll see you at the window. He never came to the window and as the young lady repeated my order now they totally left my sausage burrito off the order. I explained to her what I had explained to the man on the intercom and she says well I need your receipt I asked to speak with him and I could hear him talking to her in the background behind the glass hiding from me and he didn't have the balls to even come to the window and tell me no free tater tots for you without a receipt at that point I immediately demanded my refund and departed never to return to this Chick-fil-A...
