I have to say I LOVE EINSTEIN'S, But I don't like this location. It's been poor service here for about a year now at least. I am a 3 - 4 time a week Einstein visiter throughout Denver as I drive a lot for work but this location always disappoints me . . . and the other customers I see while I am there. I've been to this specific location probably 15+ times and the majority of the time there are problems. I keep going hoping that management will change or they will improve (and sometimes it's the only one I can go to because of work) but it has yet to get better.
Some Examples (My last 2 visits):
My last visit about a week ago I ordered a bagel with some toppings and NOT toasted. I ended up getting a burnt bagel with no toppings. When they redid it the second time it was the wrong type of bagel. 3rd time however was a charm and I enjoyed it.
About a month ago I was here and ordered a turkey sandwich with no onions. It took quite a while to get it and as I started eating it I realized that there was no turkey or sauce on it and only onions and lettuce. They did end up putting turkey on it for me but I didn't go back a 3rd time for the sauce they forgot again because I was too hungry.
The truth is while I am there I usually (literally almost every time) hear other customers complaining about the wrong orders or some type of mistakes they have made.
The employees here are usually nice and correct their mistakes without a problem but I just don't think they give a $#!% or care to try. Or maybe it's just that Colorado 420...
Read moreThis location is atrocious. When I come in, I order mobile pick up to avoid the lines. But end up spending more time to get my order correct. Every time my order is either missing items or completely the wrong order. I don't check my order in hopes that everything is in the bag. Luckily I live 5 minutes away from this location, I can drive back. That's already 10 extra minutes of commute to get my order fixed. I understand if sometimes there's a small mistake in the order. But all the time is despicable. Now I have to take everything out myself and check in front of the employees and yet there's STILL something missing or wrong. Then when you come back to get your order fixed the employees get mad at you. They are very rude and ignore you. Why do you work CUSTOMER SERVICE if you don't want to deal with people? Read moreThis Einstein's shop was my go-to for years, but recently has been very disappointing. I called the day before to preorder bagels for a Father's Day celebration. When I arrived at the arranged pick up time, I was directed to the assistant manager (younger man) who told me that my order was not there. After asking, "are you sure you called the right store?" He asked who I spoke with. When I shared that it was a female and I didn't remember her name, he said, "well it's mostly females that work here so that doesn't help" The whole experience was negative. He offered to let me pick from what was there and said the bagels I wanted wouldn't be ready for at least an hour. A guy in line (after hearing all of this) said, "is he going to at least give you the bagels at a discount?" No discount- just a blame-focused response and apathetic service. Horrible...
