Zero stars! This is the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. I stood at the register for 2 mins while a woman had her back to me and a guy took several trips to run food outside; both saw me. Eventually she asked if I had an online order and I said I needed to place an order. She walked away and made the guy doing drive thru take my order. He barely looked at me and when he didn't know the answer to a question I asked he had her finish taking my order and she was visibly annoyed. They got the order wrong so I had to make another one and throughout these interactions they didn't look at me, didn't say you're welcome when I said "thank you" and after I paid they just walked away without saying anything. When I got the first order, I asked for sauce and he gave me 1 of each and one of them was the wrong sauce (didn't realize til I got home). I had to ask for a carrier, and he threw it on the counter and didn't say anything at all, not even when I said thank you. When my other order was ready I wanted to ask for more sauce but was too worried they were going to act even more rude. There was also no drink flavors other than sugar free in the lobby but I didn't feel like I could ask them to fill it up behind the counter because they were so rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. So you know what I did? I went through the drive thru and order a small fry and tiny tacos JUST SO I COULD ASK FOR RANCH! I didn't need that small fry. They asked me to pull out front which I noticed they did with EVERY customer (Likely trying to keep their times down). I waited 12 mins for the order and then all 4 workers went to the door while they had to COOK bring me my food. They stood there watching for some reason. It made it seem like they were talking about me or had possibly even done something to my food. At no other point when the guy was bringing food outside did they all go over there and wait. So, why me?? I have never received such bad service from anywhere in my life. I could have been rude right back to them but I thanked them, said please and even apologized when I went through the drive...
Read moreWorst Jack in Box in a nice neighborhood, but this restaurant is literally a run down ghetto or second ward. Homeless man was loitering outside and someone left a mess on a table inside. Drink fountain are almost always out of drinks so I had to choose other drink I didn’t like or want. Bathroom was unsanitary and it stinks when I entered to just wash my hands. Workers look like they woke up and didn’t even bother to look at their best and some seemed to have a lousy attitude. Cashier is not thrilled to work as he (not a she with red lips and two short hair tied up) is only interested in showing whatever was on his mobile phone to his coworker. They should be working harder and keeping this facility clean, neat, organized, and clean. If bathroom stinks, it’s most likely the kitchen is just as filthy. I received a cold food. I can get cold food at home from my refrigerator so this defeated the restaurant’s purposes. Napkin dispensers were empty. One trash was nearly full, but workers were busy doing something not related to work. I know this one guy seemed serious who also works at Popeye’s, I’m cool with him. I wonder whether or not the manager or much less the owner is ever around to bring it up to standard according to franchise expectations and local regulations. I don’t think the owner really cares. Apology from the owner does not excuse from accountability as the owner is enabling this to continue. Will I ever go back here again? That remains to see based on owner changing or just apologizing, but nothing happens.
If I was to purchase this place, all staff will be terminated and ask the owner for 50% discount for poor maintenance. Poor performance overall. I went there today and pictures from my mobile are evidence of how poorly run this place is. City of Wheat Ridge...
Read moreI come to this location often as I work close by, and service is usually fast. This particular day, I was greeted by a young lady from the back, she ran up and let the team she would get my order. I waited about 12 minutes or so, (I know it was only 12 minutes, but there was no one in drive thru/or inside the lobby but me) I stood up and waited at the counter to let the employees I was still waiting on food. There was a young employee working the drive thru who noticed me waiting at the counter, (possibly a teenager? Caucasian) who was letting another employee, (bright pink hair, that's the only description I have of them) that he still needed an order. The pink haired employee looked right at me, and took his time preparing my order. The kid at the drive thru was clearly frustrated, as it appeared everyone else, including the manager at the time were congregating in the back, talking about problems within the store. The pink haired kid stopped making my order and took off in the back for a brief moment then came back and slowly walked my food to the kid at the drive thru, and the employee who was working at the drive thru brought my food to the counter and apologized. I really appreciate that employee, I come in often and he is always working, and enthusiastic with customers despite how he is feeling. Next time I go in, I will get his name and thank him. I have worked in food service and left because of the feeling of being underappreciated and overworked. I understand how the employees may be feeling, but I'm always patient with the afternoon crew here, but it appears that it is slowly going downhill with customer service, and in some cases, people are not getting the appreciation they deserve. Get rid of the ones who do not take pride in their work, despite...
