Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Arvada

A few years ago this place used to be good/ run really well, but the past two times I have ordered, I have gotten an unpleasant experience. The first bad experience, I ordered the pizza online, picked it up and came home to find it still doughy besides the edges. I decided to write it off as a one time bad experience and recook it in my own oven. Then today I figure I will try again and I order the pretzel pepperoni pizza with pizza sauce instead of the regular cheese sauce. I used the portal and when I got home I found the pizza as a normal pepperoni pizza without the pretzel crust and with cheese sauce instead of the regular pizza sauce. (I found this by moving some toppings just to make sure). I drive back and waited for 5 mins before even being acknowledged. When they did speak to me, I tell them what my problem is and they say they will remake a new one. This is fine but they then proceed to put the one I took home and touched into the warmer!! While I waited they proceeded to sell that same pizza I had brought back into the store! I’m mind-blown at this point and just want to get home to eat so I wait knowing it’s being made fresh. Once it’s ready I look at the pizza to make sure it’s Correct and it’s still not the pretzel crust. I tell the young man working and he says, “Oh we just put salt on the crust so you can put some kosher salt on at home.” And then just walked away. I’m completely blown away by this experience and I will never eat there again! This needs to be acknowledged and proper training needs to be done, so this never happens again! We ordered food on Saturday the 18th for delivery and we were told it would be delivered by 10:46 pm. At 10:46 I get a text saying my order has been canceled with 0 explanation, through door dash? My dasher DaVonny was rude when I called her on the phone when asking about it and said she never got a notification to go pick up my food. I had already paid for the food but it never came. It was only $25 but still, we just wanted some pizza and we never received it. I tried calling and of course the place is closed. I patiently waited until the next day to call and the phone goes straight to voicemail… so I call again and someone answered named Sin? (I think he’s the manager) He said they were going to refund the amount and that’s all he felt he needed to say before trying to hang up. I asked how long refunds usually take to transfer and he said within 24 hours. I asked if I should call back if I don’t receive the refund and he said yes. It’s now 2 days after and no refund. I chose delivery on Little Caesars website. Delivery came and only received 4 of my 6 ordered pizzas. Didn't receive my crazy bread and was given an additional poorly made cheese pizza. When I got to the store to mention my bad delivery and to get what I was missing, the horribly spoken, cursing assistant manager Jasmine (yes she said the "F" word to me in front of customers) quickly grew confrontational and was unwilling to hear what was wrong with my order. She got very defensive and loud in front of other customers. I was given a full refund and threatened to leave or police would be called. I never called her a name or threatened her or refused to leave. This was my only pizza location I ever ordered from. This will definitely be my last time ever visiting this location. I will also be informing friends and family of my encounter with Jasmine. The wrong and incomplete order was given to your delivery driver and no compensation for the tip we gave the driver.
