Noodles and company is suuuuper hard to find and I had a gift card that I had held onto for a little over year because we just couldn't find one except in arvada which at the time the card was given we lived a good 2 hour bus ride away. This was also a why would you give this to us kinda card. We have not ate heavy gluten laden dishes in years but I am kinda the person who takes a gift and just works with it. So last night when I realized I was in the neighborhood close to one I decided to just use the whole card and get rid of it. So noodles and company has a "gluten free" option called zoodles or at least I think it was and it just did not look appetizing at all so I went ahead ordered Wisconsin Mac n cheese and buttered noodles with broccoli and an order of pot stickers Having not had "regular" noodles and sauces for years I kinda knew the outcome that we personally were gonna walk away not really enchanted with noodles and company. We didn't get even a quarter of the way through the Mac n cheese before we gave up. The potstickers we were able to tear apart and get the filling out. And my kids didn't even touch the buttered noodles. It's not noodles and company fault we just needed to get rid of the card and we probably won't be back. That being said for a person Who doesn't give a dang about what they eat and can tolerate a rich mac n cheese...

Ordered pork Mac and cheese. It took 30 min for food to come out and it was served with no cheese on top. The pork was crispy and overcooked.
When I asked for a fork, was told to grab one from a dispenser near the drink machine, which was empty.
To the staff's credit, they brought me a fork and side of cheese, which would have mostly resolved my annoyances, but shortly after I watched two wooden beams fall from a decorative wall.
An employee came out and haphazardly put them back onto the wall, still loose and ready to fall back down.
Closer inspection revealed there were 5+ wooden beams falling out of their peg holes, ready to fall on whoever happens to lightly bump them.
When I brought up my concerns with an employee, sugessting they take down the loose beams, she responded that they "could not do anything about it, until corporate fixes it".
While the boards weren't high enough to pose a life threatening risk to anyone, I certainly wouldn't want them to fall on a toddler, which for a restaurant that serves kid friendly food, is not exactly a far fetched scenario.
Fix your customer service and fix your facility and maybe I'll return with...
Read moreI placed an order for delivery, after an hour of waiting (and the app not updating) I contacted the store and was told they could not find our order and I was placed on hold so they could try to find it, after a few minutes I was told my order was found in the system and that it was not in the store any longer, that it had been picked up by the driver. Another 20 minutes went by and still no order, I called back and was told “oh yeah” the driver finally showed about 5 minutes ago and got you order, it should be delivered shortly. We are now and hour and half into this and waiting for food. So am I out $58??? Very disappointed.
Update: food finally showed, and hour and forty minutes later. The driver said the store told her our order and been stolen by someone...
